The Collector in Kinsale

The Collector is a cute little coffee shop with really great quality coffee. It’s a unique coffee experience in Cork where you have the opportunity of trying different coffee drinks from around the world. Really friendly and welcoming service to top it all off.

What a gorgeous cafe and even better coffee! great selection of unusual coffees and the owner was so lovely. Very sweet and made sure we were totally happy with the coffee. Do go out of your way to go where in kinsale.

We loved stopping into this little coffee shop! They had some of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted. They have a very clean and artistic vibe and sell cool little items to look through while your drink is being made. We will stop back in each day while in Kinsale. Owners operate the store and are the most friendly and welcoming people. The Collector gets 10 Stars in my book.

Wonderful shop with wonderful people. Great variety of drinks and the quality is top-notch. Definatley one you could reccomend to anyone and they would find something to suite here. Loved it!

What a wonderful find. Drinks and pastries are fabulous, unique flavors. We had a lovely visit with the owner Shannon, who couldn’t be more friendly and interesting. She shared many of her adventures with us. Love this place!!!!!
