The cappuccino and fresh made baked goods were fantastic! Fede was very kind and gracious. The entire experience was lovely. If you are visiting Kinsale definitely stop by The Collector.

Delicious unique coffee with a lovely atmosphere! We had the pistachio/brown sugar latte, nut case latte and coffee aged in whiskey barrels. Must stop if you are coming to Kinsale.

Really impressed by the great energy and hospitality of the owner today. The cold brew tasted beautiful and refreshing. The selection of goods in the shop was lovely. Highly recommended !

27/09/2026: Really enjoyed the fish and chips here! The fish has that lovely Dutch-style taste, which made it feel a bit different from the usual. Crispy, tasty, and filling, with great portions. Definitely worth trying!

13/10/2026: Definitely worth a visit. Excellent pours and selection of beers. I’d suggest it after walking around the water.
11/10/2026: Fantastic place to visit the food was faultless the staff are amazing overall well worth a visit will definitely be back.
