Super, super special place. Relaxed vibe but with such unique and lovingly prepared dishes. Staff were great too. They were happy to talk my vegetarian girlfriend through the menu and to adapt most dishes to suit, which was a nice touch. Very good wine selection too.

We had the almonds, Cheese dish, steak bavette, quail, smoked potatoes and baklava. It was all amazing! I truly could not expect anymore out of any of those dishes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurants space is tight, but it adds to the character. Be sure to make reservations in advance and not miss out on a phenomenal culinary experience!

Celebrated my birthday here - I am still dreaming about the bread and butter pudding!! Super wine selection too.

One of my favourite restaurants around hands down. Beautiful quality food treated with the greatest respect by an extremely talented team. Menu changes regularly depending on season and produce. Dishes are well thought out and each dish works well together. Front of house are friendly, knowledgeable and obviously love food. I’ve yet to have a bad dish/experience.

St Francis deservedly holds a bib gourmand prize - the menu is inventive, the wine list interesting and the service relaxed but attentive. On the night we went, it was beaujolais nouveau day and so we were able to sample two by the glass. The older beaujolais we later drank was delicious too. Food wise, we enjoyed ox tongue; salt cod brandade piquillo peppers; crispy quail and sage; mackerel with endive and an outstanding apple bread pudding and huge affogato with rum.
