La Collina in Galway

What a little gem. We had the very best service at the tables upstairs, from the sweetest and smiliest waiter in the world (Mario), who gave us several of his personal recommendations. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the house red wine was a good quality montepulciano which went very well with the meatballs. Worth a visit if you are in Galway.

This restaurant is excellent, 4 of us came and all our dishes without exception were super good. We were very well received and the waiter even made the effort to say a few words to us in French, thank you very much.

Food was lovely, we were visiting salthill for two days, when we came back next time we will be going back to La Collina for food, every thing was lovely

The best food we had while in town and our server was beyond great. He made us feel like we were his only table. Short walk from where we stayed. We could have ate here every night we were in town!

Always a great dinner here with great value. Large portions. Will of course come here again and again. Calzone is fantastic

We had passed by this quaint little Italian restaurant several times and and finally decided to give it a try and we were blown away by the quality of food, the taste and the warm service. Quite surprised that this place isn’t more popular because it’s hands down the best Italian restaurant in Galway. Followed by Venice in the city centre in a very close second place.

Had a meal out last Saturday night. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Food was delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended 👌
