Handsome Burger in Galway

04/04/2024: Very good food. Unfortunately the head of staff is an arrogant eejit who doesn't have the slightest clue about dining etiquette and finds normal to bring starters to the table whilst his customers have barely received their aperitif. When I pointed out to him that he leave us time to finish our gin and tonics before serving the food he answered " not necessarily" and was thereafter brusque and put up an attitude. The young ladies waiting on us were charming but this guy, the short and bald one was a joke. He even started speaking broken French to us for some reason. None of us were French and I'm Irish. He gave us a good laugh though. The restaurant should consider employing someone with decent social and customer relation skills. Or at least give the silly little man some dining etiquette and frustration management courses.

30/03/2024: Lovely family meal in Kirwans tonight. We tried a full range of dishes. Everything was top notch.....food, service & atmosphere. Well done everyone in Kirwans who keep flying the flag for good food in Galway!
