Dela in Galway

Delicious high quality wholesome food. Atmosphere was lovely and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back here. Priced very reasonably.

Amazing food! Breakfast burger was great, butterscotch pancakes, breakfast burrito, eggs Benedict and fresh OJ. One of the best breakfast in Ireland highly recommend and local sourced farm and coffee. Must go if in Galway

If you don't accept reservations, you have to wait on site. The earlier you go, the fewer people there will be. I arrived around nine or ten o'clock, and I happened to be the last group, so everyone else had to wait. I ordered the Butterscotch Pancake, which was quite delicious, not particularly amazing, but all the ingredients are homemade! The whole dining environment is very good. The waiter recommended that the evening menu is also very good, so I will give it a try next time. I was there around 9:50 am, people after us have to wait for tables. I had butterscotch pancake, it's pretty good but not amazingly good, however, I like how they use the food they grow to serve 👍🏼 And the staff recommended the evening menu, so I guess I will try then 😊

The pancakes are really delicious. They also fulfilled my special request for pancakes with Nutella. The cocoa was really good and made with chocolate. The service was quick and friendly. The ambience is nice, but there was a cold breeze coming from behind. I can highly recommend this place for breakfast.

In our quest for a departure from the typical pub fare, we stumbled upon Dela, a charming establishment offering a refreshing alternative. With an emphasis on seasonal vegetables sourced from their own farm, Dela presented a unique interpretation of culinary possibilities. The service at Dela was both friendly and professional, setting a welcoming tone for our dining experience. The food selection provided an array of intriguing options, showcasing the versatility of seasonal produce. While the vegetable dishes impressed with their freshness and creativity, the meat dishes fell short of expectations. Despite ordering my steak medium rare, it arrived closer to medium to medium well. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our time at Dela and would encourage others to explore its offerings, which undoubtedly vary with the changing seasons.

Big fan of the venison. Small portions, but definitely worth it.

I’ve lived in Ireland for 7 years and this place is hands down the best brunch I’ve ever had. I can’t rage enough about how good their new buttermilk chicken is. Fresh produce, farm to table and super friendly and helpful staff. Don’t leave Galway before you stop by here!
