Ruibin in Galway

Beautiful restaurant, very nice service and incredibly good and original cuisine - if you like peppery food, go for the bavette!

So delicious! I've eaten from both the menus upstairs and downstairs. Both are great, but I favor downstairs for a group get together. We order lots of little plates and share them all. The chicken dish downstairs is a firm favorite. Staff are lovely too and great cocktails and wines.

The food was delicious! Very fresh and light but also flavorful. We really liked the ambiance and the service as well.

Delicious food and really nice service. Only one observation: Don't ask for the cheese dessert, it's miniscule

We had dinner in the downstairs bar. The menu comprises small plates all beautifully prepared. Great wine list too and the service was brilliant.

Rúibín has to be serving some of the best food in Galway right now. The hake with ’nduja and chickpeas was exceptional, delicate but meaty and perfectly cooked hake (and a fine portion!), full of flavour and one of the best dishes I’ve had in Galway in a long time. The service is every bit as good as the food. Richard, the owner, remembered that I drink sparkling water despite me not having visited in four months. That level of personal attention is rare. Booking is highly recommended Rúibín is always busy, and for very good reason.
