The food and service at Rúibin's Restaurant was absolutely lovely. The selection of food and wine was very good and everything tasted delicious.

What a wonderful place. My wife wanted a dirty martini for her birthday before dinner, and we were recommended Rúibín. So glad we went. Jules seated us, and Richard made the best “dirty dingle” (dingle vodka dirty martini). We enjoyed it so much that we went back to the bar after dinner elsewhere to have espresso martinis and a cookie. Richard, Jules, and the whole gang are absolutely grand.

Didn't get to eat here because they were fully booked but the food smelled amazing and the waiter gave us the kindest directions to different restaurants. So be sure to make a reservation!

They were fully booked (of course, on a Saturday night) but were so kind as to take time during the buzz and recommended us to another restaurant nearby. The food looked and smelled delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful, I will sure be booking a table next time I'm in Galway!

We are in the bar section and the food was varied and delicious. Recommend try all on the menu. We were in a larger group and sampled everything. Really recommend it, it was an Irish Tapas session. The drink choice was very good and we left desert for another time because we ate plenty of mains. Enjoy! Do book it's a popular spot!

We didn't get to have any food or drinks, the place was packed. Google said they weren;t busy, but they got swarmed just before we arrived. The server kindly gave us some recommendations, which was really nice of her and shows the quality of hospitality at this place.

A classy restaurant with a pleasant setting, though a bit expensive on some dishes. The shared rib steak with pepper sauce was delicious and very well prepared. However, the thin fries were quite disappointing and nothing special. Overall a good experience, but with an uneven value for money depending on the dishes.
