07/01/2025: Had a wonderful fun evening in Chai Yo - Bovi is just fantastic looking after all guests. We ate at the Teppanyaki and food was delicious.
05/01/2025: Despite the fact that the food was excellent and the waitstaff were kind, our experience was overshadowed by an issue with the bill. For a total exceeding €700 with tips, the waiter miscalculated multiple times, leaving us stuck there for over 30 minutes trying to resolve the mistake. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing ordeal, only for the waiter to eventually “realise” the error after we insisted someone else recheck the calculations. This incident completely ruined our experience, and I have no intention of ever returning.

01/01/2025: Realmente disfruté de la comida en este lugar de lo que pudimos probar. Hice esta reserva hace un tiempo, pero desafortunadamente cayó muy mal el día de la reserva y no podía probar mucha comida.
Mi marido dijo que era delicioso, sin embargo jajaja.
Lo único negativo fue que cuando le dijimos al tipo detrás de la barra que no pediríamos mucho, ya que me había sentido mal, nos miró raro como si estuviera un poco molesto.
08/12/2024: Managed to get squeezed on a busy weekend by the lovely host. Service was great, food was unreal + veggie options were delicious.

The cumin lamb dish was a bit overpowering for me and the greenbean dish with diced pork was a bit of a joke because there was barely any diced pork and a never ending amount of greenbeans. However, everything was authentic and tasty. Definitely going back but will order different dishes nex time

11/01/2025: We where charged full prices when it says on there website if you book before 3.30 its lunch rate. There was 8 of us so was very expensive. As we travelled from wexford we had to commit to paying as the kids where looking forward to going. On arrival at 3pm we where told for two weeks over Christmas it was full prices ..... as I said we booked on the phone and where not told this and this change of the normal was not on there website. I emailed to complain, they have still not replied..........
02/01/2025: Family trip to Dundrum 3 kids and two adults. My wife is a Ceoliac and has no gluten-free options, no stress, so we were still happy to eat. Then we were told that it was policy to charge my wife even though she couldn't eat any of the food. It is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Charging full price for a person who can't eat any of their options.

They are raking in the money due to their location.
I really can’t recommend this place at all!

07/12/2024: Ordered Sweet and sour chicken, ribs and 1/4 duck as take away last night to my hotel.
It was horrific, my child asked me to taste the chicken as it tasted weird and it had a slimy texture, thank goodness it was only a tiny taste for her.
Ribs we're extremely tough and fatty.
Duck was just dry and felt like it was a few day old.
Needless to say absolutely nothing got eaten except the boiled rice by kids.

01/11/2024: We booked the table for 5pm and were nearly the first ones there. The service and friendliness of the waitresses and waiters is impeccable. They put you at ease and care a lot. The customer service is top notch. The food is scrumptious and delectable. Both Joe and I absolutely adore the food there. Brilliant value for money. I highly recommend it to children/adults who have PKU, vegetarians, coeliacs, and meat eaters.
