01/03/2026: I ordered a quarter aromatic duck from here yesterday and when I got home I was genuinely shocked to find it was completely burnt. The duck was black, dry, and so overcooked it was totally inedible. This wasn’t a case of it being slightly overdone, it was severely charred and should never have left the kitchen. What’s most concerning is that someone had to see the state of that duck before packaging it. There is no way the condition of it wasn’t obvious. Sending out food that badly burnt shows a serious lack of care, quality control, and basic standards. The other dishes I ordered were acceptable but entirely forgettable, and certainly not good enough to make up for the main item being inedible. I genuinely don’t understand how any chef or kitchen could knowingly put blackened, burnt duck into a carton and hand it to a paying customer. It suggests a complete disregard for both customers and the restaurant’s own reputation.

31/03/2026: Stingy portion paid 14 euro for this !! I asked for extra chicken balls instead of 4 sausages and they gave me 1 extra chicken ball 🤣

01/03/2026: Order from here all the time. Made an order today, waited an hour, food still wasn’t here so I rang. Girl on the phone said she couldn’t find the order cause the slip didn’t print out and that there was nothing she could do, that it would take a few days for a refund or an hour or more for the food to be delivered (after me just waiting an hour). She was rude and unbothered. This was the last straw for me. I genuinely won’t be ordering from here anymore, I expected better customer service especially with us being regulars.
