16/11/2025: Very noisy and busy Cantonese restaurant, but it is obviously one of the most traditional and authentic place for tasting Cantonese food particularly Dim Sum. They even serve dim sum in the evening which is always a plus.

31/07/2025: I didn't expect to find such delicious Chinese food in Limerick. The preserved vegetable pork with preserved vegetables is incredible, as is the salted fish and eggplant, and the sweet and sour pork. There's a Chinese menu. The owner is very kind. I even saw they offer group meals, like tour packages, and the home-style dishes are incredibly tempting. It's truly satisfying to be able to enjoy home-style Chinese food abroad.

04/01/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to point out how much the staff at this restaurant cares about their customers. I was very pleased with the note they put with your order. If you want good food, and most importantly, good quality service and a pleasant atmosphere, you should visit this place. The food is very good and tasty, and the prices are affordable.
04/01/2026: The food here was delicious. We got 4 mains; Xiang style beef, sizzling lamb with cumin, sliced beef in hot chili oil and sweet&sour chicken. My favorite one by far was the lamb with cumin but I highly recommend all four.

16/12/2025: Ordered a Spice Bag and it literally came out BURNED . I don't know that is even possible but this place proved it.The place badly needs a renovation on the inside. It looks badly outdated.
10/11/2025: Mr. Wong is always a great choice in Mullingar! The food is full of flavour, portions are generous, and everything tastes freshly made. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. A lovely spot for tasty Asian food β highly recommend!

11/10/2025: Got a take away here last night after a road trip, had to travel another 25mins after collecting it. Food was still piping hot when I'd say down to eat it, the portion was bigger than other Chinese, and to top of off, the portion of chicken was unreal! And fresh, no chewy chicken like the lantern! Absolutely beautiful and nicely priced π₯° Well done Team Ocean Palace!

03/11/2025: I am beyond shocked at the rating this place has, I picked it cause of the rating and everything we got was either extremely bland or disgusting. I'm from up north just down visiting a friend and I can confidently say this was the worst chinese takeaway i've ever had.
25/10/2025: Food order completely wrong, long wait for the food, no manners from the women behind the desk, food that they got correct was not at all what you expect, greasy tiny dry chicken balls no flavour in the beef and mushroom, never again what a waste of money.
