13/05/2026: Chicken frie rice was very poor, it was boiled rice, a lot of peas and carrots and a few little bits of chicken. Didn't touch a wok in my opinion. 3 in 1 was ok. The ribs were a good portion and the sauce was nice.
04/05/2026: Got the Spicy Salt and Chilli Chips today and they had sugar on them, which I wasn’t expecting.
When I called, I was told that’s just how they make them. I said it wasn’t for me and I wouldn't order that again, but got told, 'I could find them somewhere else, thanks' and she hung up the phone. Rang back and spoke with who I believe may have been the owner/manager and was told I basically shouldn’t be calling to complain, thats how they make them for the last 25 years . He felt she wasn't rude in how she handled the call as he was next to her.
Fair enough if that’s their recipe, but the way it was handled wasn’t great.

I had ordered chips and I know they are cooked it oil, but it looked like they weren't drained properly,and the oil left on the plate was black
We had all been seated by 7.15 and although we had been given our drinks nearly straight away, I had to go up and ask someone to come take our food order at 7.35
People who had come in after us had gotten their food before we had even had our order taken
I understand they are busy with take out orders, I want impressed by the lack of service,

15/11/2025: Food is lovely but I placed an order 1 hour & 40 mins, still hasn't being delivered. By the time it comes it'll more than likely be freezing. Usually service is good but last few deliveries I've had has being below par. An hour is OK to wait but this is taking the peeeeaaaas
19/09/2025: food was fabulous as always 10/10 beautiful curry, and lovely chips, best chineese food around, highly recommend, also the spare ribs in peeking sauce and the salt chilli duck is out of this world.
the lady behind the counter fiona is so friendly and so good to my son always so friendly great food great service,

01/12/2025: I’ve never left a google review before but the chicken in this place was so bad I feel obligated to warn anybody else who tries ordering from here to Stay Away. I got the ginger and spring onion chicken and it was genuinely inedible and cost nearly 13 quid.

09/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wilton Willow. The food was a disaster from start to finish. The chicken in particular tasted weird and didn’t seem fresh, which was very off-putting. Other dishes were bland and poorly presented, and the overall quality was far below what we expected. Considering the prices, the meal was not worth it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return and couldn’t recommend this restaurant based on our experience.
29/12/2025: The fried rice looks boiled and hard absolutely horrible, the chicken curry has cheap fatty bits of chicken. They used to be nice years ago, defo not anymore.

02/05/2026: Whenever I’m craving a taste of home, I head to this little spot in Ballincollig. It might look modest from the outside, but the food never fails to disappoint. It's the perfect balance of quantity and great taste—easily my favorite Asian kitchen in town.
