27/04/2026: I ordered delivery which is a waste of £40 down the train, absolute rubbish and disgusting food. I don’t know how they even opened. It was in edible, super horrible smell of plastic. The chicken was over batter, heart and the fried rice was disgusting. It was chewy and lack. no taste. I was so annoyed that I wasted money.

14/02/2026: Absolutely shocking service, ordered for delivery 7km away at 6.20, eventually came at 8.45 after a few phonecalls, hunger was gone off me at that stage. They threw in a bag of stale prawn crackers as an apology, i dont like them, if i wanted some i would have ordered them. Food was cold and soggy when eventually did arrive. Avoid

05/02/2026: Food was very nice but the blonde lady behind the counter is extremely rude and refused to accommodate my allergen request as it was ‘a big hassle’ the lady was very rude from my arrival to the restaurant until me leaving. She was very nosy and kept asking personal questions that made me very uncomfortable and upset. This behaviour shouldn’t be the case in Mulan at all because the food is very nice but it’s just this one member of the team ruining the vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant to suit her own agenda. Once again the food was nice it was just the encounter with this staff that has put me off ever visiting here again

03/02/2026: The spicy bag is not like it used to be, the chips and chicken are dry and stale. The delivery is always late and forgetting the drinks, I understand a once off but this is consistent now
