31/07/2026: Awful delivery and even worse customer service from Ruishi. Our order arrived around 20 minutes later than the advised delivery time, (60 mins as opposed to 40, with no apology or communication) and when it finally turned up, the food was cold. The chips tasted as though they had been refried, making the meal really disappointing. I submitted an online query about this (two weeks ago) and never received a response. When I called, I was simply told that someone should have replied, but they hadn't, and the person I spoke to said they was unable to do anything to help or resolve the issue. She had a very nonchalant attitude. It's shocking to experience such poor customer service in this day and age. Sadly, they've lost our custom, and we won't be ordering from Lee Garden again.

28/02/2026: A bit pricey but generous portion sizes and nice. Not a stitch of manners on the young lad behind the counter though

14/02/2026: Absolutely shocking service, ordered for delivery 7km away at 6.20, eventually came at 8.45 after a few phonecalls, hunger was gone off me at that stage. They threw in a bag of stale prawn crackers as an apology, i dont like them, if i wanted some i would have ordered them. Food was cold and soggy when eventually did arrive. Avoid
