16/03/2024: Have went Chans over the years. Got a takeout earlier in week. Chicken dish- very poor. Mentioned tonight when I ordered that food was very poor Thursday night. When I went to collect confronted by an extremely rude waitress with a serious attitude problem.Basically showed me the container with chicken in it. I said that's fine but Thursday there was no chicken.treated me like a liar. Won't be going again. Dreadful attitude
21/02/2024: This was for years the best Chinese restaurant/takeaway in the area however of late the quality of the food has definitely dropping in standard. Pity because we like the front of house staff. We have not arranged family dinners because of the quality. On the last 3 occasions we have found the duck has been chewy and fatty a lot of the dishes just lost appeal, boiled rice has blackened the aluminium containers indicating its been in it for some time. The beef is tough and chewy.
I hope the trend is addressed soon.
