Our time at The Village Hotel, Bar and Restaurant was wonderful and incredibly relaxing.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding team. The welcome was fantastic: we were greeted with exceptional friendliness and courtesy. Every single staff member is passionate about their work and anticipates every guest's needs. Such perfect, attentive, and warm service is truly rare!
This exceptional hospitality continued seamlessly in the restaurant – the service there is absolutely unparalleled.
The hotel itself and our suite were also superb: spacious, spotlessly clean, and simply perfect for relaxation. Another big plus for us drivers: you can park your car directly and conveniently in front of the hotel.
Conclusion: I can only repeat myself - we are absolutely thrilled, would book here again at any time and can warmly recommend the hotel (and especially the great team!).

Our stay at The Village Hotel, Bar and Restaurant was absolutely wonderful and incredibly relaxing.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the amazing team. Right from the moment we arrived, the welcome was fantastic—so genuinely friendly and accommodating. You can feel that the entire staff puts their heart and soul into what they do every single day, going above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. It is genuinely rare to experience this perfect, attentive, and warm service! This exceptional hospitality carried right through to the restaurant, where the service was simply second to none.
The hotel itself and our suite were also outstanding: incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and just perfect for unwinding. Another huge plus for us as drivers was being able to park right outside the accommodation, which was super convenient.
The verdict: I can only repeat myself—we are absolutely thrilled. We would rebook here in a heartbeat and highly recommend the hotel (and especially the fantastic team!) to anyone.
05/06/2026: I visited there recently for a christening, a great venue, lovely food, and staff are brilliant, from check in to check out.
Rooms are spacious, big windows big bath with a lovely shower. Big comfy bed, spotlessly clean.
They have big windows in the function room, leading out to a patio and and garden. Great selection of food for breakfast
