Fantastic breakfast - friendly staff and a very nice place

The place has a great atmosphere, the food is excellent, and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

I'm probably being a bit harsh, but this seems to happen quite regularly. I was there yesterday with my wife and son and had a great time; the staff were brilliant and friendly, so today my son and I went down again. We were seated immediately, and 5 min. in, our order was taken. 30 mins pass by with no food or drinks, and customers that had come in after us got their drinks in minutes and food shortly after. What bothered me the most was the lack of attention of the staff to what's happening on the floor, so after 30 mins I approached one of the staff to enquire as to the status of our order. The waitress had never sent the order in!!!!!!!!!! To be honest, it really put me off; however, once I pointed out the issue, they were very apologetic, and the drinks were free. They also offered a dessert free. Even though it was only one member of staff's error, the team never noticed the lack of any items on our table for over 30 mins.

Has been nicely redecorated and the food is nice. Slightly expensive but good. Shame they don't open evenings at weekends even would be a great spot especially for a drink or a BYOB.

The restaurant was recently very nicely refurbished and has a lovely vibe. Brunch menu is rather limited but the food was delicious, as was the coffee. The girl who served us was also very nice. Adding the Docked counter outside was also a genius move, especially with the weather we've been having, they are sure to get a lot of foot traffic. Iced coffee from Docked was also very good. The only bug bear I have is that no prices are displayed anywhere for the cakes and treats outside. Customers should be aware of how much they are being charged in advance, never mind that this is very probably against regulations.

Visited Docked recently and loved it. The iced tea was great, and their treats/cakes were lovely. We opted for takeaway, but the restaurant was so busy and we can't wait to try it.

Highly recommend Relish, quaint and cosy, good grub also. May need to reserve table in advance.

Very friendly staff, food was beautiful

Nicely decorated, revamped and refurbished. Young modern look to it and young staff. Plenty of outdoor and indoor dining space. Very popular for coffee. Attracts all age groups. Limited lunch and brunch menu, but tasty. I had the big hot breakfast, delicious and big, two of everything. Would recommend offering a smaller helping also - a Cub Scout's breakfast maybe. My companion had a tasty fish and chips. Nice coffee and limited desserts, sold out of most sweet things. Busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Some seats had a lovely sea view. Will visit the place again on a quieter midweek day. Well done to Sabrina and staff. Tús maith, leath na hoibre.

First time at Navy since the refurbishment. It was lovely before and they have done an amazing job with the refurbishment. Staff are all really friendly and food was delicious. The docked cafe at the front is a brilliant new addition. I got a takeaway pup cup on the way out and looking forward to bringing my dog in for one next time we do a beach walk.
