05/09/2026: I visited this shop around 12:00 AM and bought a chicken fried rice. When I entered, I noticed a staff member eating in the reception area, which I found a little unprofessional. After paying, I received my food and politely asked for an extra spoon. I was told that they couldn’t give me one extra spoon I found this response quite disappointing, especially for such a simple request. The food itself was okay, but the customer service and attitude left a negative impression. Small things like providing an extra spoon can make a big difference to a customer’s experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.
