15/06/2025: Honestamente estoy tan decepcionado. Esta es mi opción - a los chinos y siempre me ha encantado su comida, pero esta vez fue completamente inaceptable. Encontré cinco pelos blancos largos durante toda mi comida. No sólo uno, sino cinco. El arroz estaba mal cocido y duro, y la carne era tan masticable que era básicamente no comestible. Honestamente, fue una lucha comer algo de eso. Realmente odio dejar malas críticas, especialmente para un lugar que suelo disfrutar, pero esto era demasiado. Espero que se tomen esto en serio y lo aborden. Me encantaría poder volver, pero no si esto vuelve a suceder.

06/09/2025: This has to be my favourite Chinese restaurant in London. The dim sum is outstanding — I especially recommend the prawn cheung fun and the prawn, pork & turnip cake. The lobster with noodles is also exceptional, full of flavour and beautifully prepared.
The restaurant itself is spacious yet still manages to maintain a lively and welcoming atmosphere. By the entrance, you’ll even spot photos of the many celebrities and dignitaries who have dined at Phoenix Palace — a testament to its enduring reputation.
03/08/2025: The sticky rice was tasty. Properly done mochi rice and great flavor. They put various meats including roast pork and Chinese sausage. XLB were quite authentic and tasty as well.
Siu mai was way too shrimp heavy. Cheung fun was not good with crispy shrimp as a filling.
The prices were very high. Terrible value.

01/08/2025: I think we chose the wrong meal. It was overcooked, and the seafood was a mess. But there was no other option in town. Now we're full, and we paid quite a lot for it. A side dish, at €4 per person, is quite expensive. Eat somewhere else.

I had Vegetable Chow Mein. With chips on the side which were nice and crispy. Chow Mein cooked to perfection. Very good experience. Particularly the service was excellent. Thank you for this food excellent

31/07/2025: I didn't expect to find such delicious Chinese food in Limerick. The preserved vegetable pork with preserved vegetables is incredible, as is the salted fish and eggplant, and the sweet and sour pork. There's a Chinese menu. The owner is very kind. I even saw they offer group meals, like tour packages, and the home-style dishes are incredibly tempting. It's truly satisfying to be able to enjoy home-style Chinese food abroad.

05/09/2025: Authentic Chinese food in Cork! I’m from Singapore and had the best sweet & sour pork ever right here. The seafood hot pot was delicious too. And the steam rice was so soft and fragrant. The lovely lady boss made the whole experience warm and memorable. Highly recommended!!
