27/06/2026: Love this place! We stopped off for a bite to eat en route to our B&B. We ordered the toastie special with a side salad and a BLT with some chips. The ingredients used for both was fantastic. Proper rashers in the BLT and delicious and generous ham in the toastie. The chips were so tasty, real chips, not frozen ones. One thing I loved was the option to have some milk to drink and it was a great pint. Honestly, if you're in the area and looking for great food and delightful staff, this is the place to go to.

15/07/2026: We happened to be passing by here, the food was delicious and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised.
10/07/2026: Best value for food that I have seen in a long time. Food is great with good size portions at a great price.
