Lovely café with friendly and courteous staff. I ordered a Cheeseburger and my friend had a Grilled Chicken burger. Both were served with chips. I will definitely come back to this place whenever I am driving through

Nice mushroom pasta dish and curry fries

A surprise birthday gathering was held for me today. Phelans catering was organised by my wife. Food was delivered. Sandwiches were fresh, hot food was really hot. Everyone here today really appreciated the food. I would recommend this service. Would certainly use again for myself. Thanks Phelans. John McDonnell.

Nice little café. Warm, welcoming with a varied good menu. Service was on the ball with nice friendly staff. The food was well presented, plentyful and tasty on warm plates always a good sign. Prices were average for the area. Meal for 2 with drinks averaged €16 each. No pressure to get you out the door when finished, again a good sign. Will be back if ever we're in the area.

Best burgers in any chipper in Laois. I'm not sure the managers name but she is a top class girl. Pleasant professional service. I always detour off the motorway just because of this place. Top class service and fantastic food. 10 out of 10. Dine in is just as good as takeaway.
