Have been going to this restaurant a long time. Always liked the food. How've, I bought spice box a couple of weeks ago it was really the worst I ever had, overloaded and drenched in spice powder. Was call and collect so you can imagine my dissatisfaction when I got home after a drive to eat it. I called in to tell them. They knew my name, and offered to put a credit on my tab ... which i advised I would let them decide if they would. Told them I couldn't eat the food. Went down couple of weeks later after ordering something else (ribs are nice there). They never offered me the credit. Am obviously disappointed, as was hoping they would recognise this and offer the credit. I will be very reluctant to go there again. It may be a small issue, but these things for me can make all the difference, especially if too have spent thousands there over the years.
