Last week I have been to this restaurant environment was very good and their manager and staff were very kind and helpful good in service I enjoyed the dinner highly recommend.
Had an amazing experience here at phoenix palace, the staff were very friendly and patient when describing the dishes (even with allergies)
The decoration was nice and the overall experience was great.
Definitely will be coming back again!
This is a famous restaurant frequented by the British Prime Minister and ministers. All the food was quite delicious. Despite the nice atmosphere, it's not too expensive, making it a good place to share if you're going with a group. I became hooked on the condiment, which is sesame oil with chili peppers and other ingredients, and I used it on everything.
Huge thank you to the Phoenix Palace team for making our wedding reception exceptional! The food and service was fantastic and we received so many compliments during and following our wedding day. Would highly recommend Phoenix Palace for a celebratory meal and will look forward visiting again. Every dish was delicious, the private dining area was a great size for our party group.
The good was excellent. We ordered far too much as a table, the portions were massive. Clearly labelled vegan and veg options. The friend rice in lotus leaf was delicious! As was the chilli and garlic tofu to start. We also had veg dumplings and shredded potato with egg. All delicious. It was expensive but lovely.
Can't fault it. We (4) went for a team lunch. Everyone had 2 different Dim Sum (each one has 3 pc). Jasmine tea. £20pp. Nice decor. Opens 1200; quiet at 1230. Apparently popular after 1800.
