24/04/2026: Piccolo’s is THE spot for pizza! My husband and I felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Our food was fresh and delicious, and service was quick! Ms. Veronica was amazing and took such great care of us; we definitely left having made a new friend. Piccolo’s will be a necessary stop if we ever find ourselves back in Ireland!

12/04/2026: Amazing, amazing pizza. Shared Margherita and Carnoso pizzas with my partner and genuinely, possibly the best pizzas we've ever had in our lives.

13/04/2026: The nicest staff, and the most delicious ice cream! We highly recommend the Dingle Sea Salt. I also had chocolate, and chocolate whiskey, and those were fantastic. A must visit when you are in Killarney (or anywhere you can have Murphy’s!)

14/04/2026: The food was absolutely amazing! From a roasted duck that put all other duck dishes I have had to shame, scallops so fresh and pillowy I was certain they had a box in the ocean pulling them out as we ordered, and a nutroast that was so tangy and well prepared it was to die for, I will definitely be vacationing back here again. Everything we had was the absolute best version I could have asked for. Shirley, our waitress was so kind and informative, she made the whole experience that much better!

02/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal at No. 35. It’s upscale without feeling stuffy; no need for pretense if the food is genuine. The staff were lovely as well. The mussels were top notch, as were the daily fish specials. We would absolutely come again.

14/04/2026: Sat next to the fire, had a local beer and the roast of the day : pork loin with dressing, mashed and vegetables. Take the very SHORT detour off the Ring of Kerry for this place, you will be glad you did.

15/04/2026: We barely had time to blink before the food landed on the table. Impressive speed, less impressive freshness. The lasagne was sweet enough to qualify as dessert, only smaller and somehow sadder. The lamb? Let’s just say it had clearly been through a long day. Upstairs had all the charm of a workplace canteen, and the whole place felt like a “eat fast, make room” operation for the next wave of tourists. Safe to say, I wont be returning, feels less like dining out and more like being processed.

01/04/2026: Very friendly and welcoming staff. All cooked fresh to order! We much preferred this to our meal at The Fish Box to be honest, and at a fraction of the price.

27/03/2026: Sadly let down with hygiene, handling money and things then making burgers is really poor practice, no one washed their hands at any point and if that's the standard up front I hate to think what the rest of the operation is like. Food quality was unimpressive, soggy chicken burger not hot and chips not great.

13/04/2026: My partner and I stayed at Davitts for two nights recently and could not have had a more pleasant experience. The room was spotless and very spacious with a great shower! Food was excellent especially the breakfast, highly recommend the porridge! The staff were all very welcoming to us, especially David who was very friendly and we had great chats with. The location is perfect nestled right in the middle of town with plenty of options for food and bars around. Could not recommend Davitts more, we will definitely be recurring visitors.

21/04/2026: Had the most amazing food in Doyle’s tonight, we were a table of 3 and went for a selection of the small plates followed by 2 deserts to share. Nothing disappointed, food was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and extremely friendly!! Can’t recommend enough, book in advance though as it’s quite busy!
