Murphy's Ice Cream in Killarney

Both the whiskey and the gin ice cream and the service were excellent.

Never expected to encounter the best customer service I've ever experienced at an ice cream shop, but all the staff here are so friendly and warm, they go above and beyond to make your quick stop memorable. The ice cream is also incredible. We came back for more of the Irish brown bread and Strawberry.

Admittedly a bit pricey, but delicious! I went back twice for the Kieran's Cookies ice cream 🍪 Plus, we were each able to try at least two or three samples before placing our order! The raspberry is also delicious. You can get several flavors in the small size!

The ice cream is incredible. Personally, I was really into the specific flavours that they have. I definitely recommend trying the Irish brown bread, Dingle gin and Dingle sea salt! But are flavours that we had were amazing. The line wasn’t long when we visited (Monday, around 11:45). While standing in line a sweet worker discussed with us, if we want to sample any flavours and helped us with parings. We got the small portion, and even in those, you can get two flavours for 6.50€. The ice cream portion was also very generous in my option, so worth the price. And the cones are also really tasty!

The eyes of the girl who give sample and the street are the equivalent of the songs of the sirens. And i'm just a poor little french sailor.

Super fun atmosphere. Staff dances to the music and handed out samples. Ice cream was yummy. Tried the lemon curd and honeycomb and both were great.

After reading such good review I just think my expectations were too high. Staff was incredible!! Let us sample everything. Very helpful. Ice cream was light and fresh just not as flavorful as I was imagining. Still good!

Tasty but average ice cream. The staff is very friendly and lets you sample flavors, which helps with your decision. But I was ultimately disappointed with the taste. It just lacks a bit of zest (even though the description suggests otherwise). €3.25 is simply too much for a small scoop. (Butterscotch, Kieran's Cookies, Sea Salt, Brown Bread)
