01/04/2024: I had the most beautiful fish and chips ever, the fish was fresh and the batter was just applied to the fish before the chef cooked it. The batter wS crisp and the fish melted in your mouth.

04/04/2024: Take away. We had a 12" pepperoni, a 1/4lb meal, and a donnor kebab meal. All of it tasted superb. Photos atached.
The reason I gave service and atmosphere one less star is that when we walked in first, one person behind the bar stared at us strangely and didnt say anything. Another man then came out to ask if we were okay. The sit down area was empty, and these strange lights in a glass keyring with brands photos (channel, audi etc) lasered into them were for sale at the counter.
22/03/2024: By far the best pizza takeaway in Kerry! Great value for money. Staff are always friendly. Food is prepared fresh and the chips and curry dip are also super tasty with the curry dip being at a nice consistency and never watered doen. The restaurant is often cold so we don't sit in very much but I've only visited in winter to be fair so this may not be an issue during warmer months.

02/10/2023: In September this year I visited Ballybunion for the day with my cousin whilst I was over from England. I visited Ballybunion as a child with my parents most summers.
My cousin and I had Sunday lunch and it was fantastic, really great service, but more importantly the quality of the ingredients was excellent. I would highly recommend and when I'm back in Ballybunion I will without question return.

Food was good quality but €4 + for a tiny portion of chips was too expensive.
The heating was so poor we had to keep our jackets on while having lunch.
Maybe it's better at night ?

Room was clean and spacious.
One gripe we couldn't make a hot cup of tea in the bedroom because they only supply a coffee machine which doesn't heat the water enough for tea . We like our tea.

22/12/2023: Booked despite bad reviews, regretted it. Accommodation wasn't a real hotel but an old B&B. Witnessed a traumatic incident next door, chaotic scene with loud CPR sounds for hours. Owners were insensitive, refused refund, and treated us horribly. Discomfort, disrespect, and greed define this place. Never again. Support another business in Ballybunnion.

27/07/2023: The hotel was closed. My booking has not been cancelled. I even got a confirmation of the reservation three days before the check-in day. Big disappointment to arrive and not get any room despite the reservation. Never again.
