Spoke to the owner when booking a table before we arrived, came across as really genuine and reassured me to our vegan preferences. This spot is now on our must eat there for every visit!

After few minutes I called them, and they said it’s closed for winter if I need money back, I have to call back the online platform. It’s their responsibility if they closed they have to update in online platforms. Now I I have to go through for my money back. What kind of services and responsibility they have??!!😡😡😡irresponsinle behaviour from the guy replied from phone.

27/10/2025: Worst experience. Customer service is really really bad. The person in the till doesn't even want to take order and keeps the Customers waiting for long. Hygiene of the space is questionable. They doesn't even care to clean the tongs that has fallen in the ground and use the same.

22/12/2025: I ordered a €36 meal deal after not having take away in a while and everything arrived freezing cold, the dips were actually warmer than the food. Rang then up and asked to replace the food and says he cannot do anything as the manager is off for the night. I said so what am i supposed to do with the cold food ye sent me for myself my partner and our child and he replies, heat it up in the microwave for now but i will get my manager to call you tomorrow. I said so you are going to leave me here with freezing cold food and his reply was... Ah yeah just heat it in the microwave🤣👌 Top notch service there...I will be waiting my phone call and my refund and it will be the last time i order from ye!!
20/12/2025: We rang them and ordered 3 pizzas and 2 sides 45 minutes before we came. When we arrived they only had two workers there and we were waiting there for an additional half hour and they forgot a side
