The best restaurants in Kerry

07/09/2025: Best fish and chips! Ran the dingle half marathon and ate here twice! Got the cod and monkfish. Cod is very soft and monkfish has a more “chewy” texture. Both were absolutely delicious. Breading is perfectly crisp and chips were fantastic! Fantastic food and friendly service!

04/09/2025: This place is usually packed. I ate the fish and chips Hake and it was freshly caught too. The cook gives really big portions, he definitely doesn't cheap out.

19/08/2025: I was in Killarney Saturday with a friend of mine we had tryed our luck in a few establishments to no avail so we went to this premises with no reservation and to our surprise the host Pat kindly offered us a table for two upstairs which we were delighted to accept it was very clean cosy nice atmosphere and the food was delicious we had a three course meal which we enjoyed thoroughly so we will be back for sure

14/08/2025: Great buzz in this place! Sign of a good restaurant when almost every table is full and everyone enjoying themselves! The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.

02/07/2025: Durante la tormenta de nieve de 2018, disfrutamos de una cata de whisky aquí y volvimos otro día para almorzar. La experiencia con el whisky fue fantástica, aunque en aquel entonces casi nunca lo había tocado. Ahora tomo un pequeño trago de cerveza irlandesa de vez en cuando. ¡La experiencia me cambió! Estuvo genial en 2018, ¿cómo está ahora? Bueno, la antigua sala de degustación está cerrada. Si reúne a un grupo de 10 personas o paga por 10 asientos, aún puede obtener la experiencia de degustación. También tienen una experiencia de degustación abierta semanal, pero eso no encajaba con nuestro horario. Así que nos adaptamos. Mi hijo, mi yerno y yo pedimos distintos vuelos de 4 muestras cada uno. Así que teníamos 12 whiskies diferentes para probar, pero ningún experto para describirlos, aparte de las tarjetas escritas. 11 fueron ganadores y uno de ellos decidió que no queríamos volver a probarlo nunca más. En el proceso pedimos algo de comida, y también estuvo genial. El servicio fue bueno, así que en general fue otra experiencia divertida. Dos pulgares arriba. ¡6 pulgares arriba si nos cuentas a todos!

02/07/2025: Amazing bar for Whiskey!!! Booked the masterclass for a Whiskey tasting which is absolutely worthy. Greay food, good Whiskey and very interesting stories about irish Whiskey . Go there!!

04/07/2025: This is a great coffee shop with the best coffee and pastries ever. The owner is amazing guy and very friendly and helpful as we talked to him about things to see in the area. Love the ambience and vibe and food and drink.

22/08/2025: Lovely place, great quality food and the staff are so friendly and welcoming this place is a gem in Killarney. It is dog friendly which is always wonderful to see.

19/08/2025: We had coffees and muffins here as a snack on our drive from Portmagee to Kenmare after visiting Derrynane House. It was very good, and the people working there were very friendly for such a tourist-laden place. The atmosphere, on the main drag near to the bridge, made sitting outside pleasant.

15/08/2025: A sensational coffee shop. We were served by Robert, who was extremely kind and courteous. We had espresso, vanilla chai, and two desserts, all very fluffy and delicious.

16/07/2025: We had fish and chips with the tartar sauce, which was absolutely delicious. We decided to eat here again two days later and were not disappointed. Highly recommended! Perfect tartar sauce!
