05/07/2026: Reel Dingle Fish is one hell of a chipper. Declan is a great guy and makes some fantastic and fresh fish n chips. I’m glad to have had a chat and a bit of craic about our mutual love for New Jersey. Also best curry chips in town!

Always enjoy our visits here. Oysters were delicious, shrimp cocktail a nostalgia dream(forgotten how much I love this) Finished off with a seafood platter. Take a bow all at O'Neills
21/06/2026: We had oysters as a starter and a mixed fish platter as a main course. Both dishes were very freshly prepared and tasted excellent. Overall, a very successful meal – we would gladly come again.

02/07/2026: Pleasant welcome. Quick service. Noisy. Large dining room. However, someone needs to explain to me what the "bread stuffing" (bread crumbs) is doing between the two slices of leg of lamb! In addition to the mashed potatoes. And the sauce... it tasted like industrial English gravy 🤪
In short, it's not bad, but it's not haute cuisine as the reviews... from non-French people, they say 😂😂

15/03/2026: Hosted a hen party crafty workshop here recently and the venue was brilliant, Daniel was most helpful with our set up process, so attentive and positive while serving all of our customers cocktails during the activity, and he even helped us clean up after. Totally unnecessary, we really appreciate it. Will definitely consider this venue again in future.
15/03/2026: Top class selection of Irish whiskey. As good as it gets really. Some very rare casks if you know what you’re looking for. The flights are decent too. Good selection of world whiskeys on offer as well. Clean, nicely decorated and spacious.

09/06/2026: Had a couple of lovely meals at Mulcahys, after first trying it based on the recommendation of my B&B host. Ordered a started and a couple different small plates on each visit to try some different things, and everything was really amazing; bold and surprising flavours in every dish. The main dining room is classy but welcoming, kind of an old-school steakhouse vibe, with some lovely artwork on display.
09/06/2026: Beef Wellington is something rare these days and it was incredible. The desert menu is focused around their apple tart for 2. The service was ok, a lot of sitting around waiting for my empty plates to be cleared. But the food was delicious.

08/06/2026: Beautiful hotel and great friendly and professional service from all. It was such a pleasure to spend a few days here. Food was excellent and the location is perfect for walking around Killarney. right beside the train station too if you don't have a car.
