27/05/2025: 10/10. Couldn't fault it. Fried potatoes were delicious. Cheese toastie one of the nicest ever. Even though it wasnt on the menu they made it up no problem.
Food out so fast and fresh.
They do take away until 8.
Smiling friendly service.
100% go here. Great prices for Killarney too
22/05/2025: The staff was friendly and our food was served very quickly. We tried the Kimchi Rice and noodles : they were very tasty and healthy. A nice break from the landscape of fried food. Also, the cappucino was really good.

Little bit expensive,but if you want to enjoy its worth of it.

22/05/2025: Fish tacos were excellent, buttermilk buttered and perfect accompaniments! Others had the fresh Hake. Prepared perfect. Heroine was stuffed.

19/05/2025: Frozen chips straight out of a box (we saw it in the side of the trailer) disguised as local potatoes is blatant false advertising, especially when you’re charged €15 for a stingy portion of them with a tiddler of a fish fillet…
SKIP this place and don’t be caught by the tourist trap.

It’s a great place to grab a pint and relax on your trip around the ring of Kerry, especially with the warmth of the peat fire crackling in the background. The staff are friendly, and the pub has that perfect traditional Irish vibe. Whether you're after a drink or a bite to eat, it’s a really welcoming place to stop by when you're in the area.
29/04/2025: Ate here twice on a recent stay in Sneem. Food & service was excellent, good size portions too. We all said it was the best steak we had had in ages! Best place to eat in the village 👌

12/05/2025: Llamaron esta noche en nuestros viajes. Fue recibido por un miembro muy amable del personal y se le dio a elegir un asiento. Tuvimos uno de los mejores langostinos pil pil que he tenido y un sabroso rollo de primavera de cordero. La tabla de quesos era excelente y me dieron azul cashel extra pero el miembro del personal encantador, que fue un buen gesto. Una verdadera joya. Definitivamente llamaremos cuando estemos en Killarney de nuevo

03/05/2025: My wife and I stayed two nights in April 2025 at the Killarney Royal and had a great time! The entire experience went smoothly with all staff members being very helpful and cheerful. We especially enjoyed chatting with Aaron and Fernanda at the bar. If you are looking for a nice, central location in Killarney, give Killarney Royal a look!

Would have liked a shower cap and another large towel(for long haired people) Curtain in bathroom needs to be replaced(mould on the bottom of it) Shower pressure good..Restaurant and breakfast staff excellent.

18/05/2025: Mairead was extremely accommodating to me and my friends last night. 10 of us arrived just after food had stopped serving but she still made us soup and bread despite this. She was lovely to deal with and the food, service and atmosphere was great!
16/05/2025: Great ambience! Walk in to check out the fantastic celebrity photos and admire the cleats hanging from the ceiling. clean loo and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your drinks. Bar food available some but not all days.

03/05/2025: This spot is great when there are no people but as soon as you get them swarming in the mistakes pop out. When it is not crowded I love it. But today it was weird, orded to eat in, got the sandwich in a bag (I know it is nothing), then ordered a cup of coffee and could not see it coming even after finishing the sandwich. Another annoying thing is that they ask you to wait outside at the hatch to get your order when there are too many people, if I eat in it makes no sense for me to stand at the hatch instead of taking a seat. The food is great though.

04/05/2025: We are a family of celiac and asked for Gluten free option.
They said they have a different room and frier to serve gluten free food, so we happily sat down to choose our GF fish and chips, which were all delicious and fresh. Very nice, crispy batter, tasy hake, and the chips were also very crisp.
No signs of cross contamination on any of us, so kudos to them!
The downsides of the place was that the staff did not seem happy to receive us there and, while they initially said it would take about 20 to 25 minutes to be served, it took 55 minutes.
03/05/2025: Stopped in here for a bite with my wife will touring the Ring of Kerry, and it was a great little place! Food was awesome, staff was friendly, and there's a nice little area across the road to go check out the water.

Don't serve food I think.
It's worth seeing once.
Guinness wasn't great to be honest.
The front snug is gorgeous but the back of bar where toilets are is horribly new. The builder should have been fired.
They make personalised leather belts there.
They were make some kind of video YouTube thingy in there.
Dingle is expensive on par with Dublin prices which is a pity.
27/05/2025: Took the brewery tour with Dara. Had a fantastic time learning about the brewery but also about the region around Dingle. Gracious host, warmly received and absolutely entertaining! The beer is worth the stop as well!
