Highly recommended if you like fish and chips and know what to expect. Fresh local fish; we ordered smoked cod and monkfish, both excellent, especially the monkfish. The chips were very good, though perhaps a little less salt would have been nice. Friendly staff (I didn't notice if they washed their hands, as the food is cooked at high temperatures, and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger). There's a bar with a few stools where you can eat your order. The music is a bit loud. Orders take about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive, as everything is prepared fresh.

We ordered the cod fish chipper with their homemade tartar sauce. Yes! Go! He makes it fresh right there!

We stumbled upon this fish and chippy quite by accident after visiting another fish n chippy and being told there was at least an hour long wait. We are from Australia and here I sit a year later STILL remembering how delicious the fish n chips here were! They even knew what chicken salt is (although couldn't manage to stock it but just the recognition made us feel seen and was lovely). The guys were SO friendly and no queues or long waiting times. I wish I could import their freshly cooked fish n chips to Australia! Thank you guys. You were the best of our entire six week trip to Scotland, Ireland, England and France. We hope to get back to you again one day and if we ever know anyone planning to visit Dingle will DEFINITELY tell people you are a MUST VISIT. As much as the beautiful Irish scenery.

The best fish and chips I’ve had. The tartar sauce is unique to me, but also incredible. Probably the best bite of food on our trip.

Literally the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Super flaky and delicious. The home made tartar sauce is a must try and also the best I’ve ever had. 10/10

If there's an iconic Northern European dish, it's definitely the legendary fish and chips. Eating them well, however, isn't easy, unless you end up in Dingle, where you get the real Irish dish!
🏠 LOCAL | Calling it a local is wrong; it's a "fast food" place where you order, pay, and walk out with your spoils. There's a table inside, but the real experience is sitting outside and enjoying the local air with your own "package of flavor"!
🚶♂️ STAFF | The guys are amazing: they don't smile much, it's true, but they give their all to ensure a service worthy of the volume of people that arrive daily. Excellent.
👨🍳 CUISINE | Fish and chips isn't in the top 10 dishes in the world, but no one does it like they do. Crispy, large, rich, exquisite... It's not easy to finish, but with every bite, you'll be delighted.
💶 BILL | Prices are around €15 per person for a full lunch. I'd say in line with what's on offer.

This place used to be amazing. Unfortunately, it is not what it used to be. They are only doing fish goujons now, not full fish portions like they used to. This is fine but tell people up front. Also charging 2 euro for tartar sauce is a bit much. Food is still nice but I wouldn't recommend it to visitors like I used to.

What a gem! Fresh fish straight off the boat! Old school fish and chips, just how you would want it and best we have had in a longtime! Monkfish was cooked to perfection! Warmest welcome from Declan.

Truly excellent! We confirm the recent positive reviews! Huge portions and excellent fried food. Truly delicious fish 😀. We probably won't try another fish and chips on our trip to Ireland, lest we be disappointed!
