28/04/2025: A French-speaking couple runs this small gastronomic specialty. French bistro classics, small dishes and sweets are offered. The quality is truly amazing! The Quiche Lorraine stands up to any comparison! They also offer very good coffee from portafilter machines. I experienced it here for the first time in Ireland.

10/05/2025: Delicious food, friendly staff, great venue. We were there with our 11 month old and they were very friendly and welcoming. The buttermilk chicken burger was 👌🏻

03/05/2025: Fantastic house and farm to see on well-kept, manicured grounds. The farm trail is well worth it with farm animals and different examples of traditional Irish farm houses and great ladies in houses and men with the animals and blacksmith to inform and enlighten. Animals are well kept and happy looking.

13/05/2025: I popped in for lunch to Kitty's on Monday last. I love a good fresh seafood restaurant and Kitty's certainly did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, Patrick, the Maitre De was welcoming, attentive and gave a full descriptive run down on what recommendations he had for the day. Firstly I started with a half dozen Oysters, which were sourced locally from Crum, if my memory serves me right. Proper, fresh, meaty oysters with a shallot and red wine and vinegar mignonette. Absolutely fantastic. The King Prawn Pil Pil is as good if not better that you would get in top restaurants on the continent. Finally, a huge portion of Moules Marniere arrived with hand cut Frites. Fantastic. Wolfed it all down . No room for dessert , but I'll sample that next time. Great culinary experience, thank you all!!! Price was good value I'd say.

01/05/2025: Lovely little store and the ice cream is DELICIOUS, even if it's a bit expensive. Especially the brown bread ice cream is very unique.

18/04/2025: Really good and interesting ice cream. As a treat it is worth the calories! The sea salt is awesome as is the Chocolate ice cream.

27/04/2025: Visited on Fri after Easter about 4pm. Good crowd in the bar for that time of day. The pub was clean and well maintained . Food and drink served in a professional manner by competent and friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Will return.

21/04/2025: Really enjoyed our visit to Kirbys Brogue Inn. Welcomed by staff member who directed us to the carvery. So many dishes to choose from and serving staff first class. Food delicious, everything cooked to perfection and piping hot. Bar staff efficient and friendly. Overall very Impressed and will definitely return when in Tralee. Thanks to everyone at the Brogue Inn.

06/05/2025: Excellent meal here while visiting Tralee, it had been a birthday in our group the day prior and the waiter surprised us with a piece of cake- a lovely touch! Great service and really tasty food, would highly recommend!

Their brown bread is top-notch, and the coffee is just what you need to warm up on a misty Irish day. The staff are kind, welcoming, and full of local charm, happy to chat or offer a recommendation. Whether you’re a visitor passing through or a local regular, Heather Café is a must-visit for great food and even better atmosphere.

12/02/2025: I enjoy coming here before or after hikes especially if the weather is great. Lovely treats and they love dogs, my pooch always gets fresh water and pets when we come! Looking forward to visiting soon!

11/05/2025: Great room especially for Europeans style hotel. USB plugs in the room. Walking distance to the center of town.

11/05/2025: Spent two evenings in the third floor. Rooms and bathrooms are quite dated. The shower was rather dreadful. Would not represent as 4-star. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, but the room was sub-par.
