20/10/2025: What an incredible experience! The Irish Coffee was unreal good! The story of Tom Crean was the highlight of my day! Gary, another door will open. Never doubt the difference you made. Smile because it happened! 💚 Sending all the prayers, love, and good vibes.

05/10/2025: Great traditional pub in lovely surroundings. The history of Tom Crean was brilliant to see and so well laid out throughout the bar. I got lost just reading all about his exploits all over again. The drink was great too!

11/09/2025: I was in Dublin for the first time, walking about doing tourist things. I got hungry and Ryan’s pub was at hand. I didn’t Yelp or Google it beforehand because any old lunch would do. I had the chowder, which was magnificent. Being new to Ireland, I assumed all Irish chowder would be the same: wrong! A really standout meal!!!

28/10/2025: This restaurant has been in my sight for a few years but never got the chance to go until last weekend and by God did it live up to my expectations and hopes and what I've heard the food was amazing the service was fantastic the restaurant itself is so cosy and warm I love the ambience would definitely recommend to anyone if you haven't been to go as you will not be dissappointed

03/12/2025: WONDERFUL food and service; we are a family of four visiting from the US and we stumbled into Cassidy’s while looking for a spot to eat dinner. Geraldine took such great care of us and we felt very welcome. Food was fantastic - especially the carbonara (which was Italian approved). The Christmas decorations are well done too, they added to the warm atmosphere and created a magical evening!

30/11/2025: The place has lowered its standards a lot🤮🤮🤮 Food tastes worse than before, definitely saving on ingredients, for example rice is no longer cooked with saffron, oilcloth instead table cloths, staff mopping the floor during opening hours - we wondered if they’d ask us to lift our legs up. The didn’t. The worst part, just really outrageous was finding a two inch shard of plastic in the veggies.

17/11/2025: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food alone is worth the visit—breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, with plenty of variety and everything cooked to perfection. Afternoon tea was another highlight; beautifully presented, relaxing, and a real treat that made the stay feel extra special. The spa was equally impressive. The treatments were some of the best I’ve had, delivered in a calming atmosphere by therapists who were clearly skilled and attentive. I left feeling completely refreshed. What really made the stay outstanding, though, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their friendliness and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to visit again

28/09/2025: The Strawberry Field restaurant made an extremely pleasant impression on me. This is a place where you want to return again and again. The food here is not just delicious - it is prepared with soul and love for detail. Each dish has its own unique taste, which pleasantly surprises, and the portions are quite generous. The service is at a high level - the staff is always friendly, attentive and ready to help with the choice of dishes or drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant creates a feeling of home comfort, but at the same time this place has a special style and character. It is ideal for both a quiet lunch with family and for meetings with friends. The good price-quality ratio makes this restaurant even more attractive. I believe that The Strawberry Field is one of the best places in the area where you can get real pleasure from food, service and atmosphere. I definitely recommend visiting!

04/12/2025: The seafood chowder is great. Dinner in a bowel full of fish not filled with potatoes and a small bit of fish. Wash it down with a few Guinness and dinner is done.

26/11/2025: Lovely place to stop while on the Ring of Kerry. The potato cake was delicious, ribs were tasty, and portions large overall with a few unique beers to try. Highly worth the stop in.

30/11/2025: Amazing ice cream and lovely staff. The reviews complaining about the price are wrong. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it, and all the ingredients are local. The brown bread ice cream is some of the best we've had. The ice cream cookie sandwich was delicious. The vegan rhubarb was delicious too. The staff were friendly and helpful and very sweet with the kids. Would highly recommend. Definitely worth the price.
