12/08/2025: Perfectly cooked lamb! A great culinary address

12/08/2025: It's the only restaurant I've tried in Ireland. The only difference compared to the pubs is the tablecloth. Overall, a good dinner. Good value. Some places had recommended the duck, but I didn't try it.

13/06/2025: Amazing brunch sandwiches and carrot cake. Also the juices were so fresh they made the rainy mornings sunny. The guys were so nice, the service was friendly and good. Definitely recommend if you want some good (takeaway) breakfast different from the usual heavier breakfast items in Ireland.

14/08/2025: Beautiful bakery with oodles of different savouries and cakes. Has to be one of the best Atlantic Way experiences, fabulous quiche and tartlets washed down with delicious coffee whilst looking out for the Shannon Dolphins on Ballybunion Beach

14/08/2025: I queued for 20 minutes to order a what I thought a fresh toasted sandwich . All sandwich where all the are ready made . Only option s is toasted or none toasted all ready made sandwich s. Which have mean you can't choose what you want as a filling and made up sandwich have been sitting out on a cool shelf for hours. . Choice of sandwich turkey and ham, Bacon lettuce or breakfast toastie . Wrap had chicken and ham as well . It definitely not service with a smile as if you asked for salad it was inconvenience and inconvenience for them to take your order and give you your order. Then you had wait in the reception area for sandwiches and coffee which you got your coffee or drink and waited for sandwich. Which got drink 10 minutes before you got your sandwich and nearly thrown at you

24/08/2025: It was okay. We were looking forward to this stop with plans to hike up toward the Gap of Dunloe. Ultimately, we could have been okay skipping this stop. The food was okay, the space was large, but nothing felt historic. Also, as for the hike up -- it was covered in horse poop and there were a lot of cars for around lunch time on a weekday.

22/08/2025: Food was great and the entertainment was awesome. The band in got the whole crowd singing and involved even dancing the donkey dance.

31/07/2025: Delicious and beautifully presented dishes in the most inviting environment. We felt at home here, partially thanks to the strong bonds between all who worked that night. We felt the connections and partnerships deploy. It was beautiful to witness. I had today's catch, which was a hake served on a bed of zucchini-wrapped tender leeks. This unique side made the dish even more memorable. It was such a surprise to dig in and explore a combination of flavors that I would never have considered.

22/07/2025: We had an amazing meal at Lord Baker’s. Johnathan happily made our reservation in advance and then treated us like gold when we arrived. He was our server and took care of us. The lobster was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Dingle.

21/08/2025: Delicious fish and chips. I had never had mushy peas but these were outstanding. Large portions and great quality food. Our server was amazing. Highly recommend.

20/08/2025: Locale abbastanza turistico (fa parte di una catena) dove mangiano anche i local. Abbiamo fatto la fila per entrare. Il menu è basato principalmente sul fritto di pesce. I piatti sono buoni e il personale è gentile, ma il posto è un po' sopravvalutato in generale.

18/08/2025: We had a fantastic meal in Kitty O'Se's whilst in Killarney. Delicious fresh sea food and a kids menu. Wine was also super. We pre booked via telephone which I would recommend to avoid disappointment as a table is highly sought after.

16/08/2025: Very disappointing experience. We were seated at 6:55pm and placed our order by 7:10pm — three people, six oysters (two each) followed by mains. After finishing our oysters, we sat for 35 minutes with empty shells in front of us while other tables who arrived later were being served. When we asked the waitress, she explained that because we ordered oysters, our mains would only be started after other tables who ordered just mains — something I’ve never heard of before. Eventually she cleared the oyster plates, but still nothing came. After chasing again, she left for a while and returned saying they were “just starting” our mains, at which point we decided to cancel. A manager then appeared and told us our mains had only been entered 11 minutes earlier and would take time because everything is cooked fresh. Of course we expect food to be fresh, but that didn’t explain why our mains weren’t started for over half an hour after finishing oysters. The conflicting explanations, lack of apology, and indifference to the fact we had already been waiting 55 minutes with only two oysters each made for a very poor experience.

01/07/2025: Google Bar/Pub Review A cozy and friendly atmosphere with a relaxed vibe. The bar was filled with locals, which added to its charm and authenticity. The bartender was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Definitely a place worth visiting – highly recommended!

24/07/2025: Fantastic food and a good coffee too! Lovely me with great options. I had the halloumi sandwich which was delicious (the photo is an odd perspective, it was actually huge!). Highly recommend this place - only downside for us was that they allow smoking in half the outside seating with just a 3foot walkway between them and the non-smoking tables so if the wind blows one way you get an unappreciated hit!

24/07/2025: Very friendly service and really good. Normally I wouldn't get wings at a cafe, but they were really good and I'll probably have more. Great spot if you're in the area. Breakfast menu looks good too.

14/08/2025: I booked a room at Davitt’s last minute to escape a terrible Airbnb and I am so glad I did! The room was large and comfortable, the bed was cosy, and breakfast was excellent with really friendly service. When I first walked into the room, I noticed the extractor fan noise from the restaurant below. I am guessing it’s to vent smoke and cooking smells. I wasn’t sure if it would keep me awake, but closing the windows helped, and when I came back from my evening out, the fan was off. I slept really well, and while it was on again in the morning, I’m not sure when it started as it never disturbed me. The room was on the warm side but there was a fan provided, which was great, although it could do with a dust. I even tried cleaning it myself using the in-room hair dryer. The bathroom was clean and spacious with excellent shower pressure. I even took a bath, which I rarely do, and the bath and shower gel provided was lovely. Shampoo was provided but no conditioner, which was an interesting choice, but not a big issue. The location was perfect, and there were no problems getting in after the doors were locked at night. One small thing: when I came back during the day, the cleaners had been in and did an excellent job, but they had left my room unlocked. It wasn’t a huge worry as I hadn’t left anything valuable out and only other guests can access the corridor, but it is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was miles better than my Airbnb experience. Comfortable, well located, and with a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

11/08/2025: We went there on a busy night and the staff quickly found us a table. We got three very different dishes and they all tasted amazing. Excellent service, attentive staff and a lively atmosphere

17/08/2025: Decidió una comida para llevar aquí por primera vez animado por las críticas de los asesores de viaje y no fue decepcionado. Delicioso pollo salteado y langostinos y fideos chow mein. Hubo un poco de espera como extremadamente ocupado de un domingo por la noche, pero bien valió la pena.

08/08/2025: Absolutamente hermoso lugar. Nos llevaron a pesar de que no teníamos una reserva e IT estaba ocupado. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos una hermosa comida.

24/07/2025: Jack C’s was our favorite pub in Killarney. The owner John was very friendly & gave great recommendations. The locals & pup Ginny made for a great atmosphere. We can’t recommend Jack C’s enough!

14/07/2025: We and our dog were given a very friendly welcome at this bar. All the locals spontaneously sang a song. That's how it should be for all dog owners in Ireland. Thanks also to the lovely Ginny for sharing her pub with Teddy for a short time.
