Maison Gourmet in Kenmare

Loved this place. Had breakfast there twice. The locals go here. The scrambled eggs and bacon with toast was perfect. French style fluffy eggs. The pan au chocolate was great and they are known for their hot chocolate which didn't disappoint. We met a lovely local family sitting next to us and chatted for a while and they gave us some sightseeing recommendations to avoid the June crowds. All the other locals were coming by to say hello to them. Such a great small town vibe.

Staff could learn some customer service skills.

A wonderful place for a short break in Kenmare. Café Maison Gourmet has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, delicious pastries, and friendly service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and immediately felt at ease. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good coffee or matcha, tasty treats, and a cozy ambiance.

Maison Gourmet is a delightful slice of France infused with warm Irish charm. This family-run gem in Kenmare has an incredibly cosy nature. With top-tier local produce their handmade pastries and sourdough are exceptional. It feels like an authentic Parisian boulangerie tucked away in Kerry. A must-visit local institution for anyone seeking artisan quality and a friendly vibe.

Excellent coffee and a nice space with lots of indoor and outdoor seating

A little bit of France in Ireland, very good coffee. The pastries are excellent.

Delicious vegetarian quiche, cute café. More vegetarian options, vegan savoury options would be great.
