08/10/2025: The Lagom Townhomes is a fantastic place to stay. Nice views, big and clean room, friendly and delightful host (Brandon), easy parking, excellent bathroom, perfect location, and tasty breakfast (and exquisite dinner). At dinner, the short rib was amazing. We look forward to coming back soon!

10/03/2026: There is always beautiful food here in The Grand, loads of choice, with very good portions.
Nice surroundings, dark wood throughout.
The staff are very attentive and professional. Always make a habit of coming here when in Tralee.
23/02/2026: Very nice hotel. Our bedroom was modern and decorated very nice and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is central location. All the staff were very friendly.

17/04/2026: Delicious food with an amazing view ! The staff was super nice, and gave us the perfect table by the window to watch the waves crash onto the beach and the sun set behind the mountain. The place is really cosy and chic and the vegetarian options are amazing. Don't miss out on this one of a kind restaurant !
12/04/2026: What a beautiful place, what wonderful food, loath to review and in case more people go! Cosy welcoming atmosphere, fire lit, storm abating outside and the sun going down, lighting the Skelligs out in the Atlantic.

O'Carroll's Cove
12/04/2026: Very cozy, perfect for a quick stop while traveling, the most popular restaurant on the Ring of Carrey.
31/03/2026: It's in a nice location and the eating area has great views. But this was in March and they had only been open a few weeks and there was only a few people there.
But we only stopped for coffee but wernt allowed in the almost empty eating area as... we wernt eating lol. Which seemed a bit harsh.
I think in the summertime it will get very busy, they had a huge open area too which was closed off. Parking might be a problem when it's busy.

03/09/2025: Nice place to have different types of food. We had chicken wings as starter that were marinated with hoisin sauce (Asian style) and we had the mussels in Asian style - also really delicious!

17/03/2026: What an experience from start to finish the day before paddy's day. Extremely quiet so my girlfriend and I were nervous but my god the food and service was top class, we had intended on going to Waterville but they were finishing up at 8pm. The fish and chips and curry were outrageous, and we shared the chocolate fudge cake, unreal food.

29/03/2026: Came to Tralee to meet up with Family for a very informal dinner and stayed one night. Had some drinks in the bar in the afternoon and dinner back in the bar later that evening. Service stars reduced only because of the slow service both for drinks and food. Did not understand why so slow as they seemed to have plenty of staff on. Other than that, we loved the place and will be back for a longer stay.

06/04/2026: Went there for food at Easter. We sat outside because we had a dog with us. We got a staff member to bring us menus, they said there could be a delay because of how busy they were. We waited 30 minutes, went in again to ask politely for someone to take our order. A staff member said of course he’ll be out now. 30 minutes later, still no one came outside.
We had to leave, not served in over an hour. I understand they were busy, but a very bad showing.

02/04/2026: Easily our favourite little spot in Oval, authentic, chilled and the right side of shabby. Great drinks, tasty snacks, lovely jazz nights. Probably not one for rouge chino wearers with Farage on speed dial, but for the rest of us in this lovely bit of London, it feels just right. Don't change a thing :)
