Great place. Our bus group stopped here. Fish and chips were excellent. Roast the day was beef- great tasting and tender. Great service - the whole crew was cheerful and attentive.

No waiting to be seated. I started with a chowder soup. Then, a very fresh pan-fried hake and, finally, an Irish coffee, all served by a very professional and gentle staff. Delicious! I will return

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. I had wings for an appetizer and a burger for a main course, and I can say that the food is very good. The service is also very friendly. I recommend it.

Had the stew and the fish n chips, both tasting amazing. The fries were insane 😍 The Lobster is nicely decorated and invites to come down after our roadtrip. Service was great as well, very friendly :) 5/5 would come again

Waterville Golf Links 1889 Bar and Restaurant.

23/03/2026: Beautiful golf course and clubhouse.
27/11/2025: Superb! The staff were incredibly welcoming. Although we were at a very high-standard golf course, it still felt wonderfully simple and warm. We felt pampered and very quickly at home. The course is enchanting; every tee shot on every hole is a new story. The views are incredible. I simply loved it! The pro shop is fantastic. Of course, the price might be a deterrent, but the experience and the enjoyment are absolute!

Cable Bar & Restaurant

13/04/2026: This bar has a great vibe and some cool coffee artefacts too. Will definetly be back for more than just one drink!
02/04/2026: Easily our favourite little spot in Oval, authentic, chilled and the right side of shabby. Great drinks, tasty snacks, lovely jazz nights. Probably not one for rouge chino wearers with Farage on speed dial, but for the rest of us in this lovely bit of London, it feels just right. Don't change a thing :)
