The Lobster in Waterville-spunkane

Nice stop along the Ring of Kerry. Great fish & chips, quick service, and good bean casserole for a vegetarian options! Potatoes in all forms were excellent!

This was the suggested pub from our tour guide. They have a buffet system in place, but you can also order ALC. Everything looks and tastes fresh! We got the stew with mash, and it was outstanding.

We stopped in at 3:30ish. The sign said the kitchen was on break till 4:00. No problem, the ladies working where all very polite, nice and fun. The place was slow at thr time but the ladies stayed busy cleaning. Its a very well kept establishment. Very impressed with the cleanliness. We ordered few drinks while we waited and they where able to serve us a bowl of seafood chowder. We where so hungry we forgot to take a picture. It was thick, creamy, had excellent flavor and full of chunks of fish & seafood meats. Highly recommend it. The chowed filled us up so when the kitchen opened we skipped right to desert and a side of chips.

We popped in for an afternoon bite. The calamari was tasty and the servers were delightful.

This was easily the best food I've had in Ireland! The crab was incredible, the fish and chips were in my stomach before I realized where the toppings were (right in front of me) and the dessert was the most delicious sweet thing I had. It was warm and fresh, and the fruit was incredible quality, I loved it. And there was live music! A absolutely perfect experience.

Usually you can either order directly from what is already made in the display counter or from the menu. This is good quality, a bit pricy.
