The Danny Mann in Killarney

30/03/2024: The Killarney Avenue Hotel was simply great. Hands down, Elena was the absolute best! She always had a smile, she let us check in early, and constantly made sure we had a satisfying stay. The hotel is in a great location. Close enough to walk everywhere - the train station, downtown, and Killarney National Park. We would definitely stay here again!

19/02/2024: Spent a lovely few days based here on a trip to Killarney. The hotel is clean and well kept with a friendly atmosphere. The bedroom was comfortable & quiet & well serviced daily. The restaurant had good food & friendly staff (especially Moe !), fabulous breakfast & evening meals. John Hurley's music & singing in the bar on Saturday night provided good entertainment. Small gripe: the first drinks purchased one night were €10.50, the exact same drinks were €12.60 for next round, bar manager only shrugged his shoulders saying extra for mixer !!! Limited parking spaces on grounds, but this hotel is practically in the town. Swimming pool available in sister hotel nearby. The National Park is across the road, with jaunting cars near the hotel door. Plenty walking routes on door step, shopping in town & a cinema around the corner. Would definitely stay again.
