Cassidy's Restaurant in Tralee

This place is old school food done well. It felt like being back at my grandmothers house. Had the soup and steak and both were delicious. The side veg was great too. Nothing fancy, nice ingredients, well cooked. There are a few religious statues pictures up around the place but this just enhanced the old school Ireland atmosphere.

We were in Tralee for the night and went to Cassidys as the reviews were good! The food was delicious, seafood was super fresh and the waiting staff were very friendly. We had the chowder and crab claws to start, and the sea bass and carbonara for mains. The only downside for me was how slow it was between courses (40 minutes). I understand they were busy, however, other tables around us were getting their main courses much faster than us so it felt as though there may have been a mixup!

Cassidy’s in Tralee was absolutely delicious! The food was amazing and the service was warm and professional. Every aspect of the meal was lovely. My mother is diabetic and they made her a special dessert of strawberries and unsweetened whipped cream topping, so she could enjoy dessert with the rest of our party. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

What an incredible meal, the most memorable dining experience from my entire Ireland trip! The food was incredibly flavorful with an expansive menu, the dessert was delicious, and the atmosphere was so charming. My sister visited Cassidy's last year and couldn't wait to come back - I can understand why!

Went twice in a week. Food is lovely. 2-3 course menus available at reasonable price. Attentive waitresses. Beautiful traditional decor. Lady manager was very nice. Probably the best restaurant in town! RSVP

Our road trip through Ireland found its culinary highlight in this restaurant. It felt like the cherry on top of the cake: an incredibly friendly team of power girls and star cooks who feel like family and treat us to delightful culinary delights. The food, its quality, and the flavors are unforgettable, just like the warm kindness of everyone there. They turned our trip into unforgettable moments for which we are deeply grateful. Thank you for that - we would come back here every time. Highly recommend.
