Kirby's Brogue Inn in Tralee

Another Irish pub with great food. But like most pubs we've visited, the meals are quite pricey by Canadian standards. But the food here (as with most pubs) is perfectly prepared and nicely presented. One BIG difference in an Irish pub is the speed of service. It seems no sooner do you order than the meal is brought out. And it never tastes like it's been sitting under warming lamps. Unbelievable service. The Brogue in was even faster than others. And I have to mention our waitress, Shauna, who was exceptional. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. All in all, an amazing dinner experience.

Excellent service, friendly staff who were busy but made sure we were well looked after. We had the black and blue burger and the kingdom burger. Black and blue burger was great, Kingdom burger was fantastic, lots of flavour fresh chicken excellent.

Fabulous food in every category. Extremely fast and friendly service. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from an Irish pub. Definitely worth a visit.

We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation. Upon entering, we found the staff extremely stressed, and this continued throughout the entire evening. The restaurant wasn't even full, yet people were constantly rushing past us, which also stressed me out. It certainly didn't make for a relaxing visit. The menu is very confusing, and the daily specials are unfortunately not as transparent either. The food itself was excellent, and the portion was absolutely sufficient. So, I can only urge the staff to be a bit more relaxed and not to be so brusque with the guests.

We had lunch and enjoyed it. You order at the lunch counter, then a server brings you your meal. Lots of choices and the beer was good too.

You get what you pay for. On the pricer side but the portions are massive and the food is delicious!!

Called in for a meal and a Guinness earlier lovely pub very friendly. Fish and chips was great and the Guinness spot on. Would recommend the place.

Excellent Irish restaurant, the dishes are delicious and generous, the staff are attentive and offer helpful advice. I highly recommend this pub/restaurant if you're visiting Tralee.

This was actually our first Irish pub experience and what an introduction! Well poured pint of Guinness, buzzy atmosphere, quick and friendly service, and the food was very good.

A traditional Irish pub with period decor and tasteful interior. The food was so good, we had vegetarian lasagne and steak sandwich, both meals were tasty and cooked perfectly! Special mention to the green salad, in house dressing was light and complementary to the fresh veggies. The waitstaff was attentive without being overbearing, the place was busy, too. All in all it was an really nice dining experience and I would recommend it highly!
