The best restaurants in Tralee

05/04/2024: The food was really good. Especially the desserts. I just found it a little bit too expensive. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

26/03/2024: Steak was overcooked, ordered medium but received well done. The 17. seafood risotto, second rise dish on the rice menu had multiple fishbones in it. Was told its expected as its a pre-bought Frozen fish mix. So BE AWARE of that! I had the Cabonara, it was lovely. Atmosphere is nice, though quite loud. Other lovely places to choose from so won't be coming back.

18/03/2024: Traditional Irish pub. You really need to come for a beer, sit down and enjoy the Irish atmosphere in this place. A must see otherwise you haven't been to Tralee.

16/12/2023: Lovely local café. Was in Tralee for two nights and went both mornings. Coffee is delicious, staff are very pleasant and the sausage rolls with black pudding are some of the best I've ever tasted.

31/03/2024: It is our second day in Tralee. We were that much impressed with the food yesterday so decided to come for the dinner again. I had unreal risotto with prawns and ice cream. I wasn’t even needed being asked about review, I’m writing it deeply from the bottom of my heart. So pretty sure if i would stay here more days i would definitely have another dinner again. Highly recommended

25/03/2024: Food was carvery style, not fresh and not very hot. Beef was tough and mash was definitely made hours previously. Staff were great and deserts were top notch.

24/03/2024: Very good food, decent prices for what you get and service is good. Only thing i will say is the chips are disgusting, the old skin on fries were way better.

24/03/2024: I did not stay at the hotel but I took my elderly mother to the special Mother's Day lunch on March 10th 2024 and it was a really wonderful experience. It was extremely busy but the standard of service was exceptional. We were first looked after by Harry who treated my mum like royalty and found us a lovely table where we were then served by the equally excellent and professional Kevin. It really was lovely to experience such wonderful customer care. Everything else was also top notch. The food was delicious, the speed of service on such a busy day was very impressive and the ambiance and decor were gorgeous in a beautiful light filled setting overlooking the garden. And all at excellent value for money. Well done Ballygarry, you do Tralee hospitality proud! I can't wait to go back.

03/04/2024: A great little cafe! They don't just stick "organic" on things like a buzzword. Pastries are homemade, beans are locally roasted, and there's lots of interesting treats to take home. It feels like a place of passion.

20/03/2024: Your focaccia blew me away it was sooooo nice. Everything was very fresh and delicious ! The roll with the mysterious inscription "Focaccia With Cream Cheese" turned out to be simply a sensation of taste I promise it was more that just a breakfest roll. Very high quality food! Ginger lemonade and homemade bread made my day also Bread - oh my sweetlord... I would say it's worth every penny If only I could afford it, I would eat at your place few times a day, every day! 03/03/2024: We had a family meal recently in Chez Christophe. It was my first time there & I am pernickety. The place was spotlessly clean & perfectly laid out, no one was on top of each other. The menu caters for everyone. The food was delicious & I was really impressed. The staff are excellent and so accommodating. Its also extremely reasonable financially. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our experience & would highly recommend everyone to try. We'll definitely be back

02/04/2024: I was passing through Clonmel this morning and came across this gem. Wonderful atmosphere with staff that were a joy to interact with. I had the mini breakfast and it was good. The decor inside of this place id spectacular and a joy to look around.
