The best restaurantsof irish in Tralee

13/09/2026: Its a small place and when full youre hearing everything from the next table which is ok if you like that type of thing. The atmosphere is quite nice with a long stemmed candle on each table. Toilets were upstairs but maybe there was an accessible toilet downstairs not sure. Food was delicious but the main portions were smaller than I'd expect. My piece of fish was quite thin over a bed of potatoes to bulk it out but it was scrumptious Veg were delicious. My brownie was ok. Didn't taste like it was made that day. Possibly defrosted and warmed up? If a restaurant offers brownies I believe they should be fresh. My husband got the wrong main, he ordered from one menu but got something simular from the smaller menu. Rather than us eating separately while he waited for a replacement he just plowed on. His portion could have done with being at least another quarter in size. Very relaxed and professional staff. Downstairs was busy but we didnt wait excessively long for our orders.

27/08/2026: Wild Cafe Tralee deliver exceptional food and hospitality. The beef sandwich was outstanding—flavorful, cooked to perfection, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Warm, inviting, and wonderfully cozy. It’s the kind of space where you instantly feel comfortable sitting back and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the visit. Highly recommended if you are in Tralee and looking for great food paired with genuine Irish hospitality!

18/08/2026: We have been here while Rose of Tralle festival to pick up some drinks. It was really crowded but I think you can have food time when not that crowded, too.

13/08/2026: Traditional pub, great for lunch, inexpensive, quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff.

01/10/2026: Service is so welcoming and friendly. Every member of staff naturally friendly nothing forced. Very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy some food and some drinks Food was exceptional , fresh, presented well .

25/09/2026: Excellent food, staff & service.

20/08/2026: Stopped off for lunch today passing through Tralee. Food was typical bar food but good. Staff were very polite and helpful. 100€ for 4 mains, 1 dessert and 2 soft drinks, average value but decent portions. Would definitely stop there again.

03/07/2026: I regularly go there as I like their coffee. Salads are amazing and they do small bowls. A good bit of bar space to sit when alone and a lovely terrace when the sun is out.

04/07/2026: Was so glad we chose this hotel. I was a hot wary with the location but we were so welcomed from the moment we walked into when we walked out. Glad we listened to recommendations that the hotel food was gorgeous and ended up eating the two nights we were there. Kids loved it so much that the eldest said she's going to remember the room number and ask for that room when she's an adult

22/06/2026: Was visiting for a wedding and the location was perfect for what I needed. The room was pretty darn good, though the toilet was a little flakey when it wanted to flush. Receptionist was excellent, really helpful and informative, made it really easy to relax straight away because I trusted I was in good hands

22/09/2026: Great food. Gentleman working the counter was able to guide husband on gluten free food While we had lunch, the breakfast menu looked great for GF food

03/10/2026: Probably one of the most crazy decorated restaurants I’ve ever been to 😂 There’s honestly so much going on, but it definitely great for kids. The food was alright, I got the loaded chips, we were just popping in for a small lunch, think it’s more suited to a brunch vibe or coming for a proper big meal. Overall, worth experiencing for the decor alone!
