We stumbled upon this pub completely by chance, and what a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is very welcoming; we immediately felt at ease. And above all, a fantastic waiter: friendly, smiling, and genuinely interested in France. It was a pleasure chatting with him.

Lads! The best Guinness in Tralee. Beautiful pints, great atmosphere, lovely ham n cheese toastie. Staff were lovely. Huge telly to watch the racing. Paradise!

Paddy Mac’s is one of those pubs you walk into once and immediately feel at home. Great pints, friendly staff, and an atmosphere that’s impossible to beat. The place is spotless, the music is always good, and the locals make you feel like part of the family. Whether it’s a quiet drink after work or a lively night out, Paddy Mac’s never disappoints. 28/05/2026: Excellent service, friendly staff who were busy but made sure we were well looked after. We had the black and blue burger and the kingdom burger. Black and blue burger was great, Kingdom burger was fantastic, lots of flavour fresh chicken excellent.
28/05/2026: Another Irish pub with great food. But like most pubs we've visited, the meals are quite pricey by Canadian standards. But the food here (as with most pubs) is perfectly prepared and nicely presented. One BIG difference in an Irish pub is the speed of service. It seems no sooner do you order than the meal is brought out. And it never tastes like it's been sitting under warming lamps. Unbelievable service. The Brogue in was even faster than others. And I have to mention our waitress, Shauna, who was exceptional. Very attentive, friendly and helpful. All in all, an amazing dinner experience.

The Junction Bar

20/12/2025: Sometimes when I'm taking public transport between Limerick and Kilkenny, the bus is late arriving into clonmel; meaning id have to wait around town for a few hours. Usually I would be mad about this, but having an excuse to visit this café always almost leaves me excited to miss my bus
02/12/2025: Great service and food. Had the pulled pork baguette.....I highly recommend with sweet potato fries.
