Jack Mac's Pub

07/03/2025: We went in here after a Kerry Dublin GAA match. Place was jammed, we eventually found seats at the bar and had great craic. The locals were gracious in defeat (we are Dubs )and we had good chats about the match with no animosity at all. Everyone was friendly, staff were great joining in with the craic as well. Carz loved the pint of Coors and I settled on a local Cider which was really good.
27/02/2025: Busy pub with a nice atmosphere. Was able to watch the Derry/Galway match before heading to Austin Stack Park. Good and friendly place. Guinness was top notch too.

16/02/2025: Amazing Last-Minute Catering Service!
We placed a last-minute catering order for my husband’s birthday while staying near Dingle, and the experience was fantastic! They delivered everything hot and delicious, and though we ordered for 10 people, there was more than enough food. Since we’re not from the area and didn’t know where to get a birthday cake, they made exactly what I requested—it was perfect! Overall, 10/10 service. Highly recommend, and if we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely order again. Thank you so much!

19/02/2025: We purchased the ragu lasagna, eggplant parmigiana and a slice of the rosemary focaccia. What a feast! Huge portions, incredible flavour. Can't wait to return!

16/01/2025: Home delivery was Super fast (30 minutes) - still hot cannelloni Ricotta spinach in a creamy sauce, a little salad and a sticky toffee pudding (still hot!) with sauce and whipped cream with passion berries on the side. carefully packed & delivered with a big smile. All for under E25! MUCH better than expected!! My new favorite delivery place! xx

The Grand Hotel

10/03/2025: Great hotel for the price, right in the middle of the city, room was clean and big, Sunday night staff and Monday morning breakfast lady were great. Breakfast is included and was great tasting. Parking is not available on site, it is on the street and free overnight until 8:30 in the morning and then you have to pay to the meter. There is an on-site bar that serves food and is open late and had a lot of people in it.
Other people staying there were a bit noisy with opening and closing doors etc. And if you have a room overlooking the street, you can hear mufflers until about 11:00 p.m.. I would stay here again

01/02/2025: Outdoor place , I only got a cappuccino but the food options are quite nice and the desserts and huge . Good coffee too . They have a bit of everything from pizza to desserts .

23/10/2024: Our friend surprised Jenna by buying a cake from O'Mahony's. We picked it up on our way out of town and got to see the cute little shop first hand. If we didn't have a full cake waiting for us there were all sorts of baked goods I would have loved to try. The woman helping us was lovely. Highly recommend stopping in or getting your next birthday cake here.

14/02/2025: Dined here recently. The food was beautiful, full of flavour and good portions. The waitresses were really nice and helpful. It was great value also. Highly recommend eating here. Couldn't complain about the wine either as it was lovely.
26/01/2025: Food was very poor. Steak was extremely tough. Fish and chicken dishes were also poor. Service was very good and waitress was very friendly.
