22/07/2024: Locals to Tralee myself and my husband came in for dinner. Service was very speedy and the food was delicious. My only criticism is that mashed potatoes should be served with roast beef. I was given a baked potato. It was still very tasty. Will definitely return
08/07/2024: First visit . Great menu. We were 5 adults and 3 kids. There was something for everyone . All food was perfectly cooked. Waiter very attentive. Unusually not very chatty for a Kerryman. But all was good. Good value considering the quality.

06/09/2024: Convivium and it's owners are the real deal. The selection was slightly limited only because we came in right before close. We had Aubergine Lasagne Parmigiana and meatballs with focaccia. Absolutely delicious. The wine at the store are the owners favorites that can be found in Italy, brought to Ireland to have with your meal. Real, authentic Italian food
03/06/2024: Excellent Italian take away service with authentic food which is filling, flavourful and not salty. Tamara & Max definitely know what they are doing and run a great operation here making it a real asset to Tralee. I have a soft spot for a proper Sicilian Cannoli and the ones here are among the best I have had. They also have a small but lovely section with imported wines and balsamic vinegar etc. I wish them continued success into the future :)

Maddens is a magnet for creative and free people who love good coffee and bright life. I do love this place.
05/10/2024: Yesterday, I witnessed a customer being treated very poorly. A woman politely asked if she could bring a snack for her baby, but was denied, even though the café doesn't serve food suitable for infants. The owner became angry, refused to listen, and acted dismissively, even waving her hand in the customer’s face before walking away. It was a shocking display of unprofessionalism, and after that experience, I won’t be returning. Would not recommend.

18/10/2024: We ordered 2 portions of pad thai and a portion of duck. Portions are large, I think you can take one for two. Pad Thai - 15.50 euros per portion, wok duck - 15.95 per portion. We also took tea with jasmine (a packet) - 3.50 euros and beer 330 ml - 6 euros. Deliciously. The dishes are beautiful.

23/10/2024: Our friend surprised Jenna by buying a cake from O'Mahony's. We picked it up on our way out of town and got to see the cute little shop first hand. If we didn't have a full cake waiting for us there were all sorts of baked goods I would have loved to try. The woman helping us was lovely. Highly recommend stopping in or getting your next birthday cake here.

27/08/2024: Lovely spot for a catch-up with lots of seating both inside and outside. Freshly baked goods on offer as well as a wide selection on their menu (mainly visited for breakfast and coffee). Seller of local goods as well as take home meals and frozen goods, supporting local produce. 5 Mile coffee is a winner! Well worth stopping by, all the staff are so welcoming and provide a wonderful service

05/10/2024: Meant to be a nice spot so I got the eggs Benedict and pancakes.. eggs Benedict had brown bread instead of toasted white English muffin, I was dissapointed with this, very little hollaindiase sauce and the bacon was tough and thick… instead of thin and crispy.. first time ever seeing eggs Benedict with brown bread and I hope it’s my last time. Just doesn’t go well, not much taste or flavour overall.
Pancakes were like protein pancakes… very flavourless, no sweet taste.. brown again made with brown flour..
Seems like place focuses on health too much instead of taste
