15/07/2025: Got the food very quickly - too quickly as clearly just re-heated. No flavour, all the dishes were greasy and tasteless. The rice was dry on top, also clearly not freshly prepared. Very surprised that this place had such good reviews.

25/07/2025: Basic (frozen) food for the high price paid (family of 5, 5 soft drinks). However staff were friendly and helpful. Appeared busy so we enjoyed eating outside with our dog in company. Suggestion to owner, have a dog bowl outside, please improve quality/freshness of food.

29/07/2025: I have emailed the owner but have not received a reply (judging from previous reviews here this seems the be the norm)
Not one but two occasions I went to this coffee shop with my kids and felt very unwelcome.
The owner is extremely rude towards people with small kids. My son hadn’t even finished his hot chocolate when she took it off him and started cleaning the table telling me they need to be supervised at all times. When i tried to address the situation she fobbed me off.
Treats dogs better than humans.
Stay away unless you are a single person with no kids.
Terrible service. Will not be returning.
26/07/2025: Lovely coffee! Service was slow and felt a frosty atmosphere around the till. Music beat very fast and overstimulating🥹 we had heard this was a fun hang out spot in Tralee but unfortunately we didn’t catch the same vibrancies. I felt it was a very “come or go attitude”. We weren’t sure whether it was table service or collect order at till for dine in. Good cappuccino though!

04/07/2025: Attended a wedding here. The food was outstanding, staff friendly and venue beautiful.
03/06/2025: We were there last week at our Daughters wedding, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The attention to detail from Thys and Harry was amazing. They guided us and all the guests to different areas of the hotel throughout the day with such ease we hardly realised it.
All the young staff were attentive, very professional, and extremely polite.
It was such a wonderful few days, and we owe a huge "Thank you" to all the management and all the staff.
I would 100% recommend this amazing venue

09/07/2025: Excellent stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean with newly decorated room. Can't complain. Nice breakfast also. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant.

27/05/2025: We had a birthday brunch at the Granary in Midleton last week. The place was buzzing, which was great to see. We sat outside and our orders came quickly. The food was delicious and our server was quick, friendly and had a great sense of humour! A great place to meet friends and family for a meal! well done Jack and team.

13/07/2025: The best catering service in town! The service was seamless from start to finish. Everyone we delt with was so helpful and pleasant. The food was absolutely out of this world, they really go the extra mile with presentation! Will absolutely be returning for future events!
02/06/2025: I booked Catering Tralee for a birthday party in May based on the good reviews I had read about their services. I’m glad I chose them as they delivered great food with excellent service at a reasonable price. I ordered a variety of finger food, salads and hot food. It was all delicious, fresh and well presented. I had lots of leftovers and all guests complimented the food. I had not hired caterers in the past but would highly recommend this business now to anyone planning a party or celebration at home. The owners are professional, punctual and very competent at delivering excellent catering.
