The Green Door

15/03/2024: Great. Passing through Clonakilty we got parked behind here and could just walk through a laneway. We had teas sandwiches and scones. All were excellent and we certainly could not complain about the generous sized teapot! Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Excellent.

13/02/2024: It was really good! It's a really nice space and all the staff were really nice. The food was great too, we had some grilled sandwiches. I'll be coming back <3

04/03/2024: Lovely pil pil prawns with garlic bread. Divine. Lovely staff. No complaints.

06/12/2023: Very tasty. They said it's a child's portion, but for me it's just right. I had pasta with pesto sauce and asked for chives, and they weren’t included in the bill. A small thing, but nice. UPD: I came here the next day and one waiter told me there was no pasta, cos "everything had changed". I went to another waitress and she placed my order. Сhink this time was included in the check. And they forgot to put the appliances.

16/02/2024: Full Breakfast!!!! So much food on the plate that the beans came on an extra bowl. Best cooked breakfast that I have had in a long time. If you are hungry, and it's breakfast time, this is the place to go.

04/04/2024: The best food. In ireland on holiday and came across this late night in tralee. Phenomenal service and even better food. We were full and still opted for dessert. Couldn't pass up the homemade cheese cake. Delicious! Highly recommend!

11/03/2024: This is a lovely restaurant with great food at affordable prices. We had the amazing ministrone soup as a starter with homemade bread and pizzas.

22/01/2024: Unexpected surprise, such a small door to enter but amazing inside, had a awesome lunch, didn't even have to ask for a coffee refill, service was good and the burger itself was yummy 😋, we will be back with the whole family next time.

27/03/2024: We were overnighting in Tralee and did a Google search for Best Asian Restaurant in Tralee. Tamarind was selected as #1. Upon reading a selection of the reviews we were happy to proceed with the majority and were not disappointed. The Restaurant is very clean and Asian Themed. The service was Top Class. The Owner/ Chef and her daughter Kathleen could not have made us more welcome, they were so hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we ordered to the point we could not finish them. We wish them continued success.

20/03/2024: Delicious food for affordable prices. My friend and I love to order the Gai Pad Prik or roast duck in any form. The aromatic duck wrap and Thai fishcakes are great appetisers. We decided to try the dine in experience and it did not disappoint! Our server was so nice and the chef was lovely. She even came out in person to ask about our meal. I ended up ordering boba tea to go and I’ll be back for the sushi rolls. We had a yummy cheesecake with side of ice cream. 10/10 dining for lunch or dinner

10/03/2024: A nice restaurant. They also offer take away. Call and then pick up. The food is excellent. The portions are large and very good. I can only recommend the garlic bread. 👌 The burgers are not too big and not too small either. Very well made and super tasty. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

24/02/2024: A little bit expensive but as soon as the food hits your lips the price is soon forgotton.... the people were very nice and cordial in there
