22/12/2024: Bruno is a wonderful cafe with new owners who are incredibly polite, friendly, and kind. They are always happy to recommend the best options from the menu. The atmosphere feels very cozy and homey, and the food is absolutely delicious. The menu features a variety of baked goods filled with cheese, mushrooms, and meat, as well as an impressive selection of desserts. From Eastern treats like baklava to a wide assortment of cakes, pancakes, and more, there’s something for everyone. The expanded menu is a true delight. The coffee is delightful and pairs perfectly with their pastries. I tried a cheese-filled pastry, and it was absolutely lovely. The owners create such a warm and inviting space, making this cafe a quiet and wonderful place to enjoy a tasty meal. Highly recommended!

08/05/2025: Unfortunately the place was very dirty, it smelled really bad, glasses were not washed properly, they were sticky with spots on them, a menu was stained. Staff members were trying their best… It was hard to force ourselves to eat, we barely touched our meals. It was our second time in this cafe, first time it was pretty much the same but a little bit cleaner.

10/05/2025: Great hotel with great staff. Eveningtime pizzas are amazing. Beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor, breakfast at 930am was rough. The eggs were rock hard and wasn't much of a selection. But over all a good Hotel

02/05/2025: Arrived from our ~24 straight hours of travel to learn that our reservation was actually for the next day 😣 but Eleanor at the front desk saved us by going out of her way to call another hotel around the corner and secure us a room for the same rate we would’ve paid at Benners! The hotel itself is also gorgeous, highly recommend it

20/05/2025: Best coffee I had in my visit to Tralee. Went three separate times and it was good every time! Friendly staff and quick service. Food was very good as well, pleasant presentation.

17/05/2025: Where do I start...... The good points 1. Location to town centre is very good. The bad points 1. First room we were put was very small and very dated, smelled musty and bathroom badly in need of a lick of paint. 2. Moved to another room which was larger but again still dated and needing a touch up. 3. Our room couldn't be locked from the inside as latch wouldn't turn. 4. TV didn't work and after asking reception to have someone call up ..... well it still wasn't working when we checked out after our 2 night stay. 5. Mattress was sunken and definitely in need of replacing. 6. Breakfast was such a let down , bacon was hardly cooked and the sausages and pudding didn't look any more appealing. Fruit option was a couple of apples and blackened bananas. Had a cup of tea on the first morning and we skipped breakfast on second day.

03/04/2025: Touring around doing the wild Atlantic way from Donegal to Kerry. Stopped off in this little cafe today for a coffee . The girl behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever come across in my travels. My friend was pointing to a little cake asking me would i like it.. The girl behind the counter, pulled it away very rudely and said don't let your finger near the food. We got a scone and jam. When we looked, the jam was already opened and used. When I went u to tell her she was no way apologetic and again very rude I asked for a manager but was told there was no manager avaliable to talk. When I was leaving, I approached her and told her I though she was a very rude person. She just pointed to her ear, I assume she meant she wasn't going to listen to me. The rest of the staff were lovely. But unfortunately I will certainly not be going back.

05/05/2025: So my partner myself and my little girl came here after swimming in the beach we were greeted by a very friendly staff member. We had order the steak baguette the chicken kebab and the tiger prawns and desert and two drinks each. I personally pride myself on been a good cook but after trying the food in uno's I frankly came to the realisation that my cooking isn't up to the standards of uno's as the food that was served was absolutely divine . Presentation was amazing and the sizes were huge I was expecting to pay about 80euro for my food and was kinda in shock when the cashier told me that all my food was under 50euro. My little girl woke up today and she wanted to go back today for there food even tho we personally live 200km away but now I know we will have a go out place to eat when we do go back down.

11/05/2025: I can't understand this restaurant I continue to ask them to give me my order fresh or as fresh as possible but they continue to ignore my request I'm left with food that's been cooked hours before
