22/12/2024: Bruno is a wonderful cafe with new owners who are incredibly polite, friendly, and kind. They are always happy to recommend the best options from the menu. The atmosphere feels very cozy and homey, and the food is absolutely delicious. The menu features a variety of baked goods filled with cheese, mushrooms, and meat, as well as an impressive selection of desserts. From Eastern treats like baklava to a wide assortment of cakes, pancakes, and more, there’s something for everyone. The expanded menu is a true delight. The coffee is delightful and pairs perfectly with their pastries. I tried a cheese-filled pastry, and it was absolutely lovely. The owners create such a warm and inviting space, making this cafe a quiet and wonderful place to enjoy a tasty meal. Highly recommended!

28/08/2025: It's the same as any other McDonald's.

28/08/2025: Food freshly cooked usually. However its annoying they don't take payments in the drive tru separately especially when ordering for 10+ people [care home] as it makes the ordeal of sorting change afterwards very difficult. Thus policy needs to be looked into !!!! Its just as easy as taking orders from a number of cars in the queue. The service is good otherwise when everything is correct.

16/08/2025: Requested a latte with full fat milk,woman understood nodded and then served me my coffee that she had made with low fat milk, should have let me know if they didn't have it as I wouldn't have got the latte,there's a huge taste difference. What is it with more and more coffee shops not having an option of full fat milk,we don't all want to be herded into liw fat or skimmed milk territory

16/07/2025: We had a wonderful meal for dinner here. The quality was excellent and xou have a good range of choices even three vegan mains. Great. We had a fish which had a delicious taste and beautifully presented. The staff is very friendly and professional

15/07/2025: We had a fantastic dinner here. The ambiance is authentic and very pleasant. The service was exceptionally attentive and very friendly. We had a wonderful carrot soup for starters and the fish for the main course. Everything was perfect. It couldn't have been better. Thank you very much.

02/09/2025: The food was excellent. I had munchy box and beef satay, that was the best satay I ever had, the munchy box was big for the price. I definitely will go back order again, I can't wait for my next visit to tralee, highly recommend.

26/08/2025: Ordered chicken wings,,absolutely disgusting,,prawns were so salty..the Chicken rolls were just ok..the curry sauce was terrible..would never order food from here again...

19/08/2025: Ordered a full irish breakfast and was impressed, large amount of food and good quality ingredients. The menu has a good selection of food and drink etc while maintaining a child friendly environment. The restaurant lacked in cleanliness, the seats had food swiped onto them from staff. Overall id reccomend but the cleaning situation needs to be improved however could have been a busy time for them.

06/09/2025: Ordered and paid for food for my child party a week in advance and also organised time for food to be delivered, day of party food was 20mins late so decided to ring up and was told they forgot to look at there book and food wasn’t even cooked, food ended up being 50mins late.

01/04/2025: Good food and good service. Surely pocket friendly prices and the quantities are great aswell Tried the Buffalo Chicken Burger with large fries and coco cola it was a combo worth it and located in the town center. Will try the other food next time

25/01/2025: Amazing place always have deals, and food is 10/10. They gave me and extra chicken tenders once. Their food is unmatched rich in butter/oil. Seating area small bit sufficient and staff are nice. Waiting time is maybe 3 to 5 min. Clean and hygiene is well maintained

25/09/2025: On a Thursday evening the restaurant was very quiet (we were the only ones in there after 7pm) and didn’t look like much, but holy smokes the pasta was incredible! The butter sauce on the ravioli was to die for!! All very reasonably priced too, most of the pastas were around 14-15euro and very generous portions. Everyone loved their pasta dish. Our server was super nice and efficient too. This is a real gem of a restaurant!

20/09/2025: Everything was delicious, and the portions were large and very tasty. I recommend coming here with a group, but you can go alone too.

09/07/2025: Wow, absolutely amazing service. The staff were so friendly and professional. Food excellent too, top quality and variety including lots of GF options for my wife, who is a coeliac. Can’t recommend this place highly enough .

10/05/2025: The best place in West Cork for fantastic coffee and a slice of cake (A+ cookies as well, if you prefer something crunchy). Servers are helpful and speedy, happy to recommend something if you can't decide :D

26/03/2025: Food was beyond fantastic. Honestly we were surprised that we had some of the best pasta we had ever had in this hotel restaurant in Tralee. The cannelloni was absolutely to die for. Drink options were varied and extensive. Would love to come back here if only for the food.

24/01/2025: Arrived at this restaurant after walking out of Gallys where we were kept waiting twenty minutes and still nobody came to take our order in an empty restaurant so left.Food was amazing and Service was excellent, very efficient waitresses who were friendly and attentive.Food was beautiful, steak sandwich was very tasty and nice to find a strip loin steak in my steak sandwich and not grizzle like some places ,Guinness was good ,my Partner had Chicken which she enjoyed and everything was served warm and fresh.The cheesecake desert was the only dull moment ,a bit tasteless and if not for the caramel sauce would have been brutal .Nice to come out midweek and get nice decent food and drink with proper service.Menu selection is far superior to Gallys with alot more choice and better value.

10/08/2025: Central location but noisy! Our room facing the street was excruciatingly loud during the night. The source of the noise was a club or pub with noisy guests and roaring cars. Otherwise, the room was clean and OK. Breakfast was poor and lacked freshness. However, the staff was friendly and the service was good.

11/09/2025: Food is amazing. Staff so friendly & helpful. Atmosphere is also lovely. If I lived in Tralee I'd be here everyday. Highly recommend
