04/12/2025: Today we had a very upsetting experience at the café. My friend walked in while holding a drink from another coffee shop, and we honestly didn’t know it was against their policy. The moment the manager told us, we apologized and tried to explain that it was just a misunderstanding. My friend was ready to leave, and we were about to order from the café. However, the manager refused to listen and kept yelling at us, insisting that we leave the café. While we were trying to calmly discuss the situation, she didn’t want to understand or even hear our side. It felt like there was a form of discrimination towards me and my friends, which made the situation even worse. We asked to speak to the manager, and unfortunately, she turned out to be the same person who was shouting at us. She continued raising her voice in front of everyone, making the whole situation very embarrassing and uncomfortable. People in the café were staring, and it became a very humiliating moment for us. We would have appreciated a more professional and respectful approach, especially after we apologized and tried to correct the mistake immediately.

04/12/2025: My experience at this café was really disappointing. I went through a very upsetting, unprofessional and unfair way, and the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable! Instead of listening or trying to understand what happened, she raised her voice and treated us in a way that was both embarrassing and disrespectful in front of everyone. I’ve visited this place many times before, and some of the staff even recognize me, so I truly didn’t expect this kind of treatment. Seeing how the situation was handled today was honestly ruined the visit I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend visiting this place at all!

13/04/2026: LOVE IT. Lovely menu of delicious and freshly prepared Chinese food. Staff very friendly and attentive. Plenty of free parking right outside the door. They gave me my leftovers in a box, and I enjoyed it next day Note: restaurant is on the first floor. I didn't see a lift but maybe phone first to find out.

17/03/2026: Good experience at Pagoda. Great food with some great service! Ordered crispy chicken wings, fried noodles and rice. All were delicious and served with right portions.

04/05/2026: A gem of a find on bank holiday Monday on Tralee. Don’t let the name put you off….this fab find has an extensive menu and the ambience and background music is class!! Comfortable seating. Coffees are excellent and we enjoyed one full Irish with quality produce and my partner had the tastiest omelette than had a twist of being made with a little garlic sauce. Sorry no photos our plates are now empty. Thanks 🙏

16/10/2025: Great hotel very clean, loverly comfortable bed and great rain shower. The staff in the bar are very friendly and knowledgeable. Reception staff are great too as is the breakfast service.

13/10/2025: What wonderful staff, great kitchen and the room is top class. I also enjoyed taking advantage of the Leisure Clubs amenities.

17/05/2026: I chose The Imperial Hotel because it is a favorite venue of mine to meet friends for coffee and lunch. The interior is really nice and the staff are always amazing. My recent meetup group event exceeded expectations thanks to a young member of staff named Aaron (Bar and Restaurant) Having a professional background in tourism and having worked as a duty manager myself, I understand what it takes to provide seamless service. I really appreciate the massive difference that a genuine personal touch makes to the guest experience. Aaron met us upon arrival and was absolutely exceptional and very capable. He took everything in his stride, managing our group effortlessly and providing a level of service that thoroughly impressed everyone in attendance. Because of the fantastic experience we had with the area provided for our coffee event and the personal service both Aaron and the girls delivered, my group has already requested that we return to The Imperial again soon. 27/05/2025: Great experience this morning by the 2 staff on duty at 9am Tuesday 27th May. The young lady serving me was pleasant & patient with me as i dithered to place my order. Also bought 2 'You are here' mugs that I'd asked a member of staff yesterday to please save for me. Well done Starbucks . Excellent customer experience

07/04/2026: Went to order food, didnt explain what is in a "meal", argued with me because I wanted an extra tub of curry saying "its already apart of the meal". Waited 15 minutes for the food. Came on a dirty plate that wasnt washed properly, handed me a plate of 6 chicken goujons for my chicken goujon meal. I had to ask for chips and didnt give me my curry dip either. We then had to ask the staff if we can pay. They genuinely just looked lost as though it was their first day being opened and extremely rude. So to put it in their perspective a "meal" comes with no chips, no drink and no side or dip. We had to pay for the drinks separately, so a sausage meal comes with a sausage and thats it for €9

07/02/2026: This place is an absolute kip. I was standing outside the window chatting to a friend, minding my own business and could see a tall lad in his 20s with brownish hair inside making faces and saying something to the woman he worked with about me. He also gave me the middle finger for absolutely no reason. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs unless you feel like being mocked by staff.
