30/08/2025: The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken korma. It was the best chicken korma i ever ate and it was gluten free. I recommend. I would give it 10 stars If I could.

26/07/2025: Got a prawn jal frezi here yesterday. Sauce was very watery and flavourless.

16/08/2025: Check in was OK if the parking situation was more defined things would be easier. Went for a meal in the bar waited at "Please wait to be Seated " sign for 10 minutes no one arrived. I walked up to a young lady and said I would like a table please for my family DO YOU HAVE A RESERVATION? WAS THE QUESTION ABRUPTLY MAY I ADD ... The bar was completely empty. A reservation I replied? I'm staying at the hotel if its a problem I will go elsewhere? No please sit menus given. The attitude was lazy ignorant and absolutely appalling . Don't know the name but a young lady with glasses with absolutely no manners whatsoever . I have worked in the industry for over 25 years and by god this was shocking. It was like we were a burden, I overheard her speak to a regular customer apparently and some colleague was late for their shift so this was the attitude????? Management what the actual hell this is madness. We paid a fortune to stay we expect at least a but of respect. Investigate your staff absolutely appalling

15/08/2025: The hotel is in a central part of the city, has excellent staff, the dinner food is good but the breakfast is poor, the rooms are large but old-fashioned and has a very good bar.

21/09/2025: AVOID SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! Food bland, small portions, swimming in sauce very little meat and OVER PRICED. Gpt my order wrong rang they send they will send another Asap. Delivery was ridiculously long waited over an hour by the time it came food was cold. When I rang and informed them of this they didn't care service was brutal. Don't waste your money. This is the first time I've written a bad review I usually don't but this was my worst experience and would hate for someone to waste there money and have the same as I did

21/09/2025: Clean tidy setup inside great staff and amazing food which isn’t like other takeaways which taste cheap and scatty tastes healthy and well prepared Great value for the mascala box (€8) tastes unreal with a great portion sizes

14/08/2025: Ordered a Sirloin steak medium rare and I was given a minute steak, I was not Impressed at all. When I told them at the counter she agreed it was on the smaller side but still insisted I pay the full price. There was also a bad after taste of the mash also. I couldn’t not finish my diner. This used to be my favourite place to eat. I can say I will not be returning.

06/08/2025: We had our baby gender reveal in uno restaurant the food was amazing and affordable well done to the chef we had a unforgettable night thank you so much to all really appreciate

18/07/2025: We ate here a few times whilst we were on holiday. Food was great with good portions. Our son always ate more here compared to other restaurants. The staff were all friendly too.

27/05/2025: We had my mams birthday dinner here recently, it was so nice they brought her dessert out with a candle! The servers were so friendly, the food portions were huge. It was a very relaxed setting. Really recommend.

17/06/2025: Awful. Pizza wrong twice . Rude on the phone. And only a partial refund given . Ordered a chicken mushroom and red onion pizza. This is what I got . Correct label on box. With wrong pizza. Wouldn't order from here.

30/06/2025: We did a quick search for a Thai Restaurant in Tralee and this one popped up as no. 1 in town. Unfortunately I realized too late that the reviews were outdated by 5 years. Food quality was lousy. Overcooked rice, Thai Curry was some strange chinese interpretation full of glutamate. Other dishes were also of poor quality.

24/08/2025: the staff is ill-mannered, very dirty, stinks, waiting for the first portion of food is more than 1 hour, I do not recommend

17/03/2025: Had a meal here on St Patrick's day, the lady serving us was fantastic. Checked back with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was nice.

09/02/2025: This may be a nice hotel! Booked on a well known hotel website and paid before we arrived to stay. We anticipated staying in a hotel room in the hotel with access to bar for a cosy relaxing hotel stay etc. It turns out, that the only staff member on duty was the night porter, who seems a lovely positive good humoured person and he assisted us by turning on the heating in our room. Earlier in the afternoon as I checked in I was told at reception, that the hotel bar and the hotel was closed for the evening/night as it was the night of the staff party. The room in 'the annex' in which we stayed was spotlessly clean and modern. The annex is a separate single storey building in a lane way to the rear of the hotel not physically connected to the hotel; therefore more akin to an air bnb letting. There was internet, coffee facilities, no bottled water, we drank water from the bathroom taps. It's fine, modern decor, clean, reasonably comfortable standard double bed with two pillows per person : however, definitely not what we expected when we booked and therefore we'd not be rushing back! There was car parking adjacent to the annex/room.
