29/06/2026: I ordered the Amber Beef and Beef Chow Fun at Ho Kee. The Amber Beef was excellent — very authentic with strong wok hei, nothing like the watery versions you get from other takeaways. The Beef Chow Fun was also fantastic, loaded with beef and egg, and full of that same great wok aroma. The owner (lady boss) was incredibly nice. When she heard I was rushing to catch a train, she immediately asked the chef to prepare my order first. Really appreciate the great service! Thank you so much, and hope your business continues to thrive!

27/05/2025: Great experience this morning by the 2 staff on duty at 9am Tuesday 27th May. The young lady serving me was pleasant & patient with me as i dithered to place my order. Also bought 2 'You are here' mugs that I'd asked a member of staff yesterday to please save for me. Well done Starbucks . Excellent customer experience

13/05/2026: I went here one of the days, I had this really nice waitress, She was very chatty and outgoing, I believe her name was Brona, We chatted for a good amount of time and her service was exceptional, She made us feel very welcomed and you could tell the other customers got along with her too, The food was exceptional and i would definitely go here again!!

17/05/2026: I chose The Imperial Hotel because it is a favorite venue of mine to meet friends for coffee and lunch. The interior is really nice and the staff are always amazing. My recent meetup group event exceeded expectations thanks to a young member of staff named Aaron (Bar and Restaurant) Having a professional background in tourism and having worked as a duty manager myself, I understand what it takes to provide seamless service. I really appreciate the massive difference that a genuine personal touch makes to the guest experience. Aaron met us upon arrival and was absolutely exceptional and very capable. He took everything in his stride, managing our group effortlessly and providing a level of service that thoroughly impressed everyone in attendance. Because of the fantastic experience we had with the area provided for our coffee event and the personal service both Aaron and the girls delivered, my group has already requested that we return to The Imperial again soon. 19/06/2026: This is a real treasure. Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Lovely food at a very reasonable price, which is such a rarity these days. I will definitely make it my regular spot in Tralee from now on.

06/04/2026: The worst brunch I ever had. They gave “frozen” chicken goujons for their chicken burger and “frozen” pulled pork for their sandwich.

16/05/2026: Dreadful experience, satay skewers were so tough we couldn't eat them and the green chicken curry was in a thick gloopy sauce .

28/02/2026: Order for take away, available for collection promptly, staff on arrival were lovely, friendly and efficient. Food was delicious, very reasonably priced and generous amount of food for adults and kids meals. Everyone was very happy with the meal!

05/05/2026: All meals were very large so good for big eaters but the chicken curry was kind of mid. Chicken was very dry and sauce was a bit too cashew flavoured for my liking. Rice was nice and hot but the curry sauce and chicken was noticeably colder. Otherwise service was good and someone else at the table had the roast beef special and said it was fabulous. 2 stars only because not only was the curry not good but it was quite expensive for said curry. 3 stars if it was a competitive price but for what we paid i did better quality control for the food brought out

01/04/2026: Good atmosphere despite the unreasonable price for the quantity and taste. The salmon tasted like it had been frozen and the squid was tasteless. €50 for 2 people.

30/01/2026: Had the fish and chips. The food was only okay, the fish was great but the chips were only so and so. The staff were very nice, but it was raining and I nearly fell twice because of a slippery floor.
