The best restaurants in Tralee

17/09/2024: Worse place I've ever eaten from I ordered chips ,batter sausage and a cheese burger .and have to say the staff are not the friendliest and when I say I got the worse bag of chips what she done was put cooked ones in that were literally cooked a while ago and added some brown ones that were soggy. Buger was awful. I don't know whether it was the day or time it was .about 8 in the evening or its staff in cooking it 🤔

23/08/2024: Rang in an order, the girl was abrupt and rude on the phone. Arrived to collect the order and was given a burger with all the toppings when i had asked her for a plain cheese quarter pounder. When i asked the girl for the plain burger i had ordered she initially argued with me and then eventually went to swap it. When i got home realised that instead of giving me a fresh burger(there were many on the griddle at the time), she made a half arsed attempt at scraping off the coleslaw etc and gave me back the same burger. Not acceptable at all. There needs to be changes in staffing if this place is to survive. I for one will certainly not be back. The burger was expensive , poor quality and the service was shocking. The chips were average. Plenty other options in the town, will take my business elsewhere in future.

11/06/2024: Most importantly, the waiter (and I assume the boss?) is what makes this café really special! We just had late breakfast and really enjoyed the thoughtful and sympathetic way of this guy - also the coffee, food/smoothie were great! A pearl in the city

20/07/2024: Rudely refused to fill a coffee in my reusable cup saying they only use paper cups. Won’t be returning unless this ridiculous policy changes.

10/06/2024: A lovely cappuccino and a muffin for €5.80, where would you get it! And a warm hello with it.

29/10/2024: Got chicken and mushroom with boiled rice. The chicken didn't look great. Thinly sliced and rubbery.

27/06/2024: Food not great service was weird but great atmosphere. Good place to watch the euros .I come here every Saturday

28/10/2024: Inside restaurant is clean and tables well maintained. Food was piping hot and chips lovely and crispy and served on proper plates when eating in.

19/10/2024: Got a Taco fries take-away. It's the best in the South-west!!

28/07/2024: Compared to all the other bar's and restaurants we used in Tralee this was the least friendly bar , barmaid made me feel she was doing me a favour serving me , come on Munster bar catch up !

26/07/2024: We walked in tonight and the bartender glared at us so I smiled and said “hi” and he said “what do you want?” in the most unfriendly tone. It was actually quite funny how rude the interaction was. We walked out and didn’t eat there. The food smelled good though. I’ve just never had an interaction like that in a hospitality setting.

05/10/2024: The food is amazing, get the chicken cheese rolls and the house special wudong! It’s beautiful 😍! I recommend it so much ❤️

05/10/2024: Worst food I have ever got in tralee town. Ordered sweet and sour Chicken felt like eating vinegar with chicken and the fried rice was literally disgusting. Never again

14/09/2024: Got a pizza last night, asked for thin crust (so it would be crispy). The man was very friendly in fairness and gave me garlic dips for free. But I got the pizza home and it was the soggiest yoke I've ever had, inedible, falling apart. Threw half in the bin. Forced half down because I was starving. Sound fella but my pizza was awful. Possibly a once off

31/10/2024: Fun place for kids and families, indoor games 🏀 ,airhockey, friendly and co-operative reception staff. Bowling can be busy at peak hours e.g evenings at bankholidays book in advance.

20/07/2024: The best place I’ve ever eaten in Tralee. Amazing food, amazing prices and even better staff members. Would highly recommend anyone to go there.

02/07/2024: Very good pizza, delivered within half an hour. Lots of cheese and generous toppings. Overall, I recommend the pizza from Mizoni.

27/10/2024: The customer service in Sunshine palace was second to none ! The staff were so friendly and helpful the minute we walked in the door ! The food was also amazing ! I will be returning without a doubt !

26/10/2024: Had a fabulous evening here with the early bird menu. Excellent value, excellent food and excellent service! Will definitely be returning!!

17/10/2024: Great food as always with dominos, staff seemed uninterested, mixed up orders, and were late on our order by 10 minutes.

07/09/2024: Order 2 pizzas one for spicy another pineapple for daughter got both spicy not happy with service

09/09/2024: The closing time is different from the actual one on the internet: they allow us to have dinner anyway, but then they almost chase us away by making us pay while we were still quickly eating. The pizzas do not reach a minimum standard to be sufficient, but they could still be eaten, but it is the service that is indecorous, inhospitable and absolutely inadequate. Absolutely not recommended restaurant.

06/10/2024: The slowest pizza service I have ever seen anywhere in the world. You could order a pizza delivered from anywhere else quicker than they make a pizza in store. Unbelievably slow. No idea what the pizza is like. You may die of old age or starvation before they ever make the pizza.

10/07/2024: Omg spoke to the rudest Polish person ever, got the order wrong and wud not give me her name, had to ring back few times to get managers name,,who wasn't there until next day, I wud never judge someone on there nationality but my god cudn believe they way I was spoken to as a customer, don't get me wrong I wasn't v nice when order was wrong, no apologises or sorry from tis girl who wudn reveal her name, tralee approx 8 30 10th July 24, who surely no who I'm talking bout , needs to b sacked tbh
