Ho Kee Chinese in Tralee

I ordered the Amber Beef and Beef Chow Fun at Ho Kee. The Amber Beef was excellent — very authentic with strong wok hei, nothing like the watery versions you get from other takeaways. The Beef Chow Fun was also fantastic, loaded with beef and egg, and full of that same great wok aroma. The owner (lady boss) was incredibly nice. When she heard I was rushing to catch a train, she immediately asked the chef to prepare my order first. Really appreciate the great service!
