The food was good, though.
Gluten-free pizza and pasta available.
18/05/2025: We ate pasta there. Everything tasted like it was pre-made sauce with lots of garlic powder. The food wasn't good. The service was very friendly and nice, but very loud, as the dishes we ordered were constantly being called into the kitchen. The restroom was simply disgusting. It wasn't cleaned, it was incredibly dirty. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

05/10/2025: As an older building it reflected this in our budget room. Saying that the room was warm and comfortable, the services were all in good condition and the bed was clean and comfortable. It's location is excellent but does lack parking onside. There is parking close by however so not a huge problem and parking on the street is available. Nice spot, nice staff.
25/09/2025: Absolutely disgraceful go there everyday for tea and today I went in ordered tea sat for 1hour went in asked for manager and bar lady said they were busy but yet she was able to go down town and the guy I ordered tea from walked past me with a guest around back and then I went outside went back in stood in door snd another guy asked was I OK I said I want to speak to management and he got smart and pulled door open hit me with the door and went to grab my arm and I told him he touches me he will be sorry they rang guards so I rang them then he said I'm here for too long having tea he's got other customers so this place is a place that you complain they Barr you and discriminate you

26/07/2025: I've been coming for years. Doner Wraps top notch, special taco chips are truly special. Ali tonight gave un fantastic service. Could not recommend enough to end your night in tralee

27/05/2025: Great experience this morning by the 2 staff on duty at 9am Tuesday 27th May. The young lady serving me was pleasant & patient with me as i dithered to place my order. Also bought 2 'You are here' mugs that I'd asked a member of staff yesterday to please save for me. Well done Starbucks . Excellent customer experience

07/11/2025: I bought a burger with three layers of meat, but they gave me a takeaway with two. They also didn't give me wings... Alas.
18/10/2025: If you order food at any late hour especially on the weekend they will assume you’re drunk and give the quality little to no attention. Night staff always trying to get away with as little as possible, wouldn’t re-fry chicken that was the last of what they had left over sat in the warm deli for me laughing at me when I said the skin would be soggy and said “maybe just for you” which has worrying implications.
I also doubt there was no more chicken, most likely they had more and just didn’t want to open more up as it was coming up to the last hour of service, this coupled with the odd refusal of making my chicken hot led me to believe they wanted to clean the fryers out as early as possible.

Nothing on the door.
Went to the kebab place across the road instead, Grill and Thrill they were open.

From the call (for clarification on why Just Eats wasn't working) to the service, he told us his story and showed us how he artisanally prepares kebabs 🥙

20/07/2025: Worst service of my life. Waitress arguing with me about whether or not I paid when I had my bank statements in front of me to prove it. Barking at me to take my things off the floor under my own table. My girlfriend was 7 minute's in the bathroom she went in knocking on the door trying to rush us out. You wouldn't mind if they were closing but we were their only customers and they took a table of 6 as we left. Horrible little owner arguing with me on the way out. I never leave reviews but this place is atrocious he'd be better off running a garage. Avoid!

18/08/2024: A stopover in this small town prompted us to stop here for lunch.
We received a friendly welcome, the food was good, and the value for money was reasonable.

15/10/2025: I saw on the Renos website that takeaway pick up opened at noon so I placed an order for lunch at around 1pm. The website took my money but was taking a long time to confirm the order so I went down and it was pitch black, closed. That’s my money down the drain, I won’t be coming back.
22/09/2025: Worst place to get food food was very poor and customer service was very shit. Food was very very bad.
