14/08/2025: Awful coffee very rude staff worst iced coffees I have ever gotten

20/07/2025: Worst service of my life. Waitress arguing with me about whether or not I paid when I had my bank statements in front of me to prove it. Barking at me to take my things off the floor under my own table. My girlfriend was 7 minute's in the bathroom she went in knocking on the door trying to rush us out. You wouldn't mind if they were closing but we were their only customers and they took a table of 6 as we left. Horrible little owner arguing with me on the way out. I never leave reviews but this place is atrocious he'd be better off running a garage. Avoid!

26/10/2025: Lovely bar, and nice people behind bar. Bouncers are a disgrace. I have seen them multiple times kicking customers out for no reason. However I kept coming here as I enjoyed the bars atmosphere. Recently, one of my friends asked what time they are closing and we were all threatened that we will be forcefully dragged out? Is that normal for a paying customer? What was the reason?? Owner doesn’t care whatsoever about his security staff. They show their aggression on customers who pay their wages because they have big ego. There are way better pubs with trained and professional bouncers in town. AVOID..

30/10/2025: Went out of my way in a weather warning to eat here, despite the online opening hours to find it closed. Nothing on the door. Went to the kebab place across the road instead, Grill and Thrill they were open.

22/09/2025: The owner was phenomenal! From the call (for clarification on why Just Eats wasn't working) to the service, he told us his story and showed us how he artisanally prepares kebabs 🥙

15/10/2025: I saw on the Renos website that takeaway pick up opened at noon so I placed an order for lunch at around 1pm. The website took my money but was taking a long time to confirm the order so I went down and it was pitch black, closed. That’s my money down the drain, I won’t be coming back.

22/09/2025: Worst place to get food food was very poor and customer service was very shit. Food was very very bad.

22/12/2025: I ordered a €36 meal deal after not having take away in a while and everything arrived freezing cold, the dips were actually warmer than the food. Rang then up and asked to replace the food and says he cannot do anything as the manager is off for the night. I said so what am i supposed to do with the cold food ye sent me for myself my partner and our child and he replies, heat it up in the microwave for now but i will get my manager to call you tomorrow. I said so you are going to leave me here with freezing cold food and his reply was... Ah yeah just heat it in the microwave🤣👌 Top notch service there...I will be waiting my phone call and my refund and it will be the last time i order from ye!!

20/12/2025: We rang them and ordered 3 pizzas and 2 sides 45 minutes before we came. When we arrived they only had two workers there and we were waiting there for an additional half hour and they forgot a side The pizza was average and we are never going Back
