The Brasserie in Tralee

I did not stay at the hotel but I took my elderly mother to the special Mother's Day lunch on March 10th 2024 and it was a really wonderful experience. It was extremely busy but the standard of service was exceptional. We were first looked after by Harry who treated my mum like royalty and found us a lovely table where we were then served by the equally excellent and professional Kevin. It really was lovely to experience such wonderful customer care. Everything else was also top notch. The food was delicious, the speed of service on such a busy day was very impressive and the ambiance and decor were gorgeous in a beautiful light filled setting overlooking the garden. And all at excellent value for money. Well done Ballygarry, you do Tralee hospitality proud! I can't wait to go back.

Perfect place for a wedding and the bed room was beautiful and big with a bath and shower

Did not stay at the hotel, so my review is based on restaurant 58 only - part of the hotel. Food was good, service was very poor - wine menu was given when asked, but no drink orders ever taken, even though we had a 3 course meal. I also booked a table one month in advance and specifically asked for a quiet table at the side - this did not happen ! We also booked the table for 4 people and they were aware it was for a birthday party but they brought only 3 menu's. They asked who's birthday it was, but didn't even bother to wish my wife a happy birthday! It's a shame as our experience could have been so much better had they kept to the agreed booking request, and better service was provided ! The hotel management may be used to poor service and quality in their restaurant, but this is not what is expected by the guests in the restaurant! We have no plans to go back whatsoever, there are better places to go....

Wonderful experience! From a genuinely warm welcome and very early check in, to attentive staff and a lovely quiet room, equipped with a full size iron and board to delicious food this is a lovely experience. Happy to recommend this lovely hotel and its value-for-money prices.

Very nice Hotel, friendly staff

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome, we were celebrating my birthday, and I was made to feel so special. My partner had mentioned on time of booking. One gesture would have been amazing, but the team went out of their way on every level. The friendliness of all the team was unbelievable they couldn't do enough for you, from reception, bar staff, both restaurants. We stayed 2 nights and believe me we didn't want to leave. The hotel itself, the spa, the views the grounds all beautiful. We will definitely be back, and I have already been singing Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa praises to all I have met and will continue to. One of the best weekends. Thank you to everyone we met and everyone behind the scenes ❤️

Very friendly staff, beautiful Rooms and great food

A truly great hotel with very friendly staff. A work trip but many of us vowed to return.

Stopped in here to grab a bite to eat before going to a match in Tralee, we both got the roast of the day and it was delicious. Good quality food, served nice and hot. Service was top notch.
