05/05/2026: I really don't know about the service complaints here. Our experience was phenomenal. It was a busy Saturday night...and I mean busy. They had a Porsche car club in town and a baby shower. And that's just what we saw in our short time there. We had already struck out in town with getting a table because we had no reservations. So, we came back to our hotel room to regroup. They got us in right away(with no reservation, of course) and we were able to order right away. With the duty manager by the way. (*side note* She also came to our room later to help us with our broken iron). She was doing it ALL! 😍🙌 AND while we were eating, we noticed the nice young lady that had been taking reservations and seating people was at a table next to us taking their food and drink order. They may have understaffed that night, but they were doing everything they could to give people the best and most prompt service possible. The food was all delicious as well. We enjoyed the seafood chowder, steak and chips, the seabass, and a pint of Guinness. Or two. 😏 I have no critiques on the food. Everything was spot on. Thank you to the whole staff for a lovely ending to our day. Truly. 💜
