Had the lunch special of home mage vegetable soup with toasted ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce and red onion. It was superb. Well worth a look.

The Coffee Start Café in Tralee is a great place to sit down for a quick bite to eat, enjoy a coffee or get takeaway bits. The staff are very friendly and there are plenty of seats available. Lovely variety on their menu too.

Good spot! I ordered bacon and maple syrup pancakes and they were to die for! Hot chocolate pairs well with them. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, atmosphere very friendly and cozy, the food was good.

Today I had a fine onion soup and a delicious, generously topped toasted sandwich. The Americano coffee was decent. Polite service, and a small mistake when taking the order was corrected quickly and without any hassle. Worth coming back!

If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would. My friend and I were here the week we were in town and we ate here almost every day. He had breakfast every day, I had the pancakes almost every day. The apple and cinnamon pancakes are wonderful. I fell in love with the iced tea here. Everything was perfect, extremely high quality, everything was fresh. I recommend this place 100 percent.

Nice hot scone. Staff I found ruid. When you go into a cafe and sit down after paying and to see ALDI and Dunnes brands being served as the same price ranges as other cafes in the area. Shameful.

10/08/2026: We were very happy with the food we ordered for my son's birthday party. It arrived exactly on time and was hot/ready to serve in bain maries, which meant we did not have to worry about reheating etc and that people could serve themselves in a very relaxed fashion. Everyone enjoyed their me and we even had enough to send people home with extra portions etc. Would highly recommend Catering Tralee and we would definitely order again.
10/08/2026: We ordered catering for our daughter’s birthday party and we were absolutely delighted with the service provided from Catering Tralee. Monika was a pleasure to deal with at all times and very helpful in advising regarding food options. The food itself was absolutely gorgeous and very plentiful and all our guests were very complementary. We will definitely be choosing Catering Tralee for any future special occasions. Thank you so much Monika!
