The Cheese Shop in Tralee

Really kind shop owner, delicious food, and cute atmosphere!

Now under new management, but the standard remains high. (Visited again on 25 September.) Lovely selection of cheese, breads, dips and patisserie. Breakfast, mid-morning/afternoon and lunch catered for. Quality and service are excellent. It's best to access the store on foot. Tables indoor (upstairs) and some converted milk churns outside to cater for people. Probably one of the nicest delicatessen in Munster, let alone Tralee.

Warning! The food is so delicious you won't be able to stop eating! It's so amazing!

Such a cute little gem of a place. Amazing coffee, light bites and a beautiful and interesting selection of Irish cheeses. Super friendly staff - worthy of a stop.

Amazing cheese and super friendly staff!

The food was great, I bought a cookie and hot chocolate for €8.20, the cookie was soft and fluffy and the hot chocolate was foamy and lovely. The atmosphere is great and the service is amazing, they give you free WiFi and free water. There's a wide selection of food with many vegan friendly options and I would go back there.

their gouda is soooo yum, staff are all wonderful and helpful

I always love the food here- so fresh! great varity of vegan options at the deli such as selection of salads, hummus, baba ganoush, muhammara, olive tapenade etc, sandwiches, and comforting savoury warm food such as moussaka, soup, veggie pastry pie, filo pastry. They have a big selection of sweet treats and cheese but I haven’t tried those. Nice cozy environment upstairs to sit. One of my favourite places in Tralee to eat.

Incredible food. Wish I could of had everything!
