This is probably one of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. My daughter and I went for a two night stay. Customer service at front desk was incredible, especially from Norma and Amona at the front desk. I would definitely recommend staying there.
The photos don’t do this place justice, this hotel is magical, from the amazing breakfast to the incredibly friendly staff, all the way to the cozy lobby rooms with fireplaces. It’s right in the heart of Killarney town making it an easy central location. Highly recommend staying here. Even though it rained every day, it was still our favorite stay!

We booked in for dinner to celebrate a birthday at the weekend. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the main meals, this can happen, which could have put a downer on the evening. However when we brought this to the attention of the staff the care they took to save the evening was second to none, their kindness and good humour and attention to detail was absolutely wonderful, the error with the meal was soon forgotten, a special thanks to Brian F&B Manager and his charming Italian colleague. They made all the difference, we will be back. Thanks to both of them

Our experience at this establishment was extraordinary. The concierge was extremely attentive and treated us like we were the only guests. Every whim and desire was met! The grounds and interior were gorgeous and extremely comfortable. This place is unforgettable!

The hotel itself is very nice but what stands out the most is the service. The staff were all phenomenal and seemed sincere in their efforts to make the stay exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety, and I loved their version of an affogato one night when I was looking for a late night treat.

Absolutely the favorite hotel in our tour of Ireland vacation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had GREAT recommendations. The restaurants/bars were better than any other hotel restaurants I've been to before. My wife doesn't like most drinks but the bartender made her this exceptional baileys hot chocolate and she absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic too, it is EASY to go grab a horse carriage, walk down the main shops street, or enter the national park.
