29/11/2025: Put it like this. We had every intention of bar hopping, we started at Foxy John's and never left. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and some great locals. The band arrived and were so talented. Great local Irish pub.

Service was friendly and atmosphere was cosy. Highly recommend trying the Katsu Curry or Asian Fried Noodles! 🌟 Perfect spot for authentic Asian flavours in the heart of Killarney. 💖"

I recommend it as a place to watch sport - I was there to watch a soccer match. Later in the evening, there was a great atmosphere with a band providing irish traditional music and song!

24/11/2025: Kate Kearney’s Restaurant and Pub has a great parking area, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so attentive and always smiling. The food was gorgeous, and we even tried dessert, which was just as delicious. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely pop in again!

11/09/2025: I was in Dublin for the first time, walking about doing tourist things. I got hungry and Ryan’s pub was at hand. I didn’t Yelp or Google it beforehand because any old lunch would do. I had the chowder, which was magnificent. Being new to Ireland, I assumed all Irish chowder would be the same: wrong! A really standout meal!!!

30/11/2025: Amazing ice cream and lovely staff. The reviews complaining about the price are wrong. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it, and all the ingredients are local. The brown bread ice cream is some of the best we've had. The ice cream cookie sandwich was delicious. The vegan rhubarb was delicious too. The staff were friendly and helpful and very sweet with the kids. Would highly recommend. Definitely worth the price.

Her lovely personality really stood out and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The service was brilliant and truly enhanced the whole visit. The food was also very nice. 05/10/2025: Great traditional pub in lovely surroundings. The history of Tom Crean was brilliant to see and so well laid out throughout the bar. I got lost just reading all about his exploits all over again. The drink was great too!
