Our dinner last night was absolutely delicious, from the goat cheese salad and perfectly cooked salmon with its excellent sauce to the wonderful crumble for dessert. The service was also perfect, quick, and the staff were lovely and smiling. Thank you so much!

Great pub with great service! Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich was delicious soup of the day mushroom and herbs very tasty, nachos were fire ..not enough for the table though. Would definitely come back!

Quality products. The food is pretty much the same as in any other pub, but having tried several, including three in Kenmare, this one really stands out for the quality of its ingredients. Plus, it's cheaper than other pubs. They have a great live band playing Irish-style pop-rock covers. The pork ribs with homemade BBQ sauce were absolutely excellent. The service was a little slow, but that's a welcome change from other pubs where you're rushed through!

15/09/2026: Have a been a couple of times over the past few months and it was great on both occasions. Try the delicious Beef Wellington
05/09/2026: We arrived without a reservation and with our two year old son for dinner around 5:45pm on a Friday night. Laura and her staff accommodated us and served us the best meal we have had in Ireland. The scallops and beef pie were spectacular, as were the treacle and Guinness bread and the sticky toffee pudding. This is now a must stop for us every time we are in Kenmare. It should be for you too!

21/06/2026: To David and The staff at Davitts Guesthouse Kenmare. Myself And my friend stayed for the weekend at Davitts for my best friends Wedding. And from start to finish, we had the most welcoming and friendliest experience. The room was so comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was such a lovely homemade start to our day. We had the pleasure of meeting with David the owner. Such a gentleman. He kindly drove us to Kilarney Train Station to make sure we got the train home safe. We would highly recommend Davitts Guesthouse Kenmare for your Next Stay and ours. Thank You for Everything and we will return soon to the Kingdom 🌟 ☘️ Jennifer Duggan And Kay Moore
15/06/2026: Dogs aren't allowed in the inside bar but they have a good sized beer garden at the back (accessible from the street behind) which is dog friendly. And if you're solo with dogs - as I was - you can order and pay from your table
